- It was an old but great place to stay. I was told the rooms used to be smoking but it was fine. We enjoyed the very kind staff and that it was clean and in our budget. There was a fridge, microwave kettle and enough dishes for us. No you can't cook but we knew that going in. Really liked that it had a comfy couch!
- More like a little flat than a hotel. Perfect if you just want to ski and have a car. It's a little isolated for those without one. Very roomy for Japan, with a huge spa bath, queen bed, couch, separate toilet - and a private garage underneath for the car, which is awesome for snowy Niseko!
Cons -
- A burner and pot and pan would have been nice.
- Let's face it, she's pretty run down. And given there's no shopping within 5km, a few utensils in the kitchenette would be helpful for self-catering. Coffee sachets etc too might be a welcome touch. I bought some plastic plates/bowls from DCM to make breakfast! But really, no complaints.
