The staff is very supporting & friendly.

Food variety & taste.

Breakfast was good. Margrita pizza and moong daal halwa was terrible. Halwa was stale reheated and burnt.

When I checked in I was given a down graded room. When I complaint, I was given rthe proper accommodation which I booked and paid for.

Big rooms. Beautiful property. Nice garden and swimming pool. Polite staff.

Food can be better especially breakfast.

Very good location...close to airport and temples. Very well maintained and clean. The dinner in a-la-carte was delicious. The staff is courteous. Rooms are big and so are bathrooms.

Not something we didn't like but just to mention, if you don't book your own cab, accessibility could probably an issue. ..we had our own so did not face any issue

Many choices were available also we had the option to order items we wanted. Food was fresh and delicious.. Very attentive and pleasant staff from Security to Housekeeping. We definitely will stay again in this place.

I will always remember the pleasant environment and a very helpful & well behaved staff. The breakfast they serve is phenomenal.

The hotel exterior and interior is beautiful and we had spacious and nicely decorated room provided to us. All the staff were courteous, friendly and caring. Special mention of Manish Chaurasia from the Gautama restaurant and the caretaker Dinesh Dagar who ensured that we were very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast had a very good spread of various dishes and wide variety of them every day.

Great location and services. Ayurvedic massage was great. Nice room.

The shower drain was a bit slow. There were couple of wedding events during our stay and the music was on too late.

Almost everything. Ambience, courteous nature of staffs, food, swimming pool, Gymnasium, location, the waiting lobby. All were perfect.

Very neat and clean property and excellent location. Very close to the airport and western group of temples.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Loved the breakfast.Unfortunately the hotel was only available for two nights and we had to move another hotel.

The location of the Hotel is pretty close to the Khajuraho temples. The room size was OK, but the cleanliness and maintenance were poor. Staff were polite, helpful and smiling and service was prompt.

It appears that the bathrooms have not been refurbished for a while. There is no lift in the Hotel, which can be troublesome for the Old and Disabled people. The garden was poorly maintained. The food lacked choice and was pricey compared to similar properties.

The staff, location and spa services were great. Only downside is that the property is a little dated and could use some updating of the bathrooms

The facilities were ok for one night, the room was big and clean, and the bed was comfy. The shower was hot and with good pressure, although it only had a small curtain. The staff at reception were helpful, and the food in the restaurant was not bad. It was easy to find. They had a small gesture for Christmas, which was surprising and nice.

When we booked, we requested a room with a cubicle shower (they had a variety of showers in their pics) and they noted our wish, but we didn't get one. It did have a curtain but it was like 20 cms short, so the whole bathroom got wet after a shower. In the restaurant, drinks were not good (the bar was closed the whole day) and the service was incredibly slow, because only one of the waiters spoke English and he was clearly overwhelmed (not just dealing with foreigners on site, but also taking orders for room service in a big hotel). I asked for scrambled eggs for breakfast and the guy at the egg station could only do omelettes; even after the English speaking waiter explained to him what to do, he kept making omelettes for people that arrived after me, apparently insecure about the scrambled eggs. We enquired about a taxi to the airport and they quoted about 7 times more than a taxi from the street, so we got one ourselves.

I really appreciated the curated art in the hotel and its overall large and welcoming layout. Staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us with Indian train schedules and purchasing tickets online and seemed always available and alert to help with anything we needed.

Very relaxing pool area. Very near the temples. R100 by rickshaw. No need to book a tour. Good breakfast. Reasonable restaurant too.
