Pros +
- Good service. Food was good. Clean room. Easy access. Close to temples.
- Beautiful Authentic Indian Hotel excellent staff - did not know what to do for you first . Never see that level of service and appreciation of guests in the west .
- A lovely stay in beautiful surrounds. Staff were very attentive, if anything, too attentive in their efforts to help us. Syna Heritage Hotel was a sanctuary away from all the crowds and we enjoyed our time there.
Cons -
- Typical of India - not the greatest WiFi service And the hot water was limited .
- Food options were limited
- The only small drawback was the size of the geyser which made longer hot showers not possible, which would have been appreciable in the cold winter months. We filled the bucket with hot water which worked fine.

Fantastic service. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained room and an excellent Indian breakfast. We would have stayed longer just for the hotel.
Ambiance, helpful staff
Food options were limited
Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were big and clean. Property is quiet, though close to all the main sights. Pool and garden were nice and clean.

small room, breakfast items limited, early checkin was not given easily
breakfast and food are not good..but the rooms are good..location excellent..so close to the Temples and restaurants.. at the same time, it is away from the main road and free from pollution and dust
restaurant
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience the best. The property is beautiful, the staff is extremely courteous and respectful. Very warm , helpful, simple and genuine people. The food is DELICIOUS. Location is amazing. It is very close to the western group of khajuraho temples. The suite was very nice. Jacuzzi needs to be maintained though but apart from this bit, everything was spot on ! It's a serene location. Loved everything about my stay here. If i come back to khajuraho, this is where I'm staying again FOR SURE. You feel like the royalty staying here.
Liked everything. Just the jacuzzi controls need maintenance but otherwise it's a very clean and spacious property.
Great room, hygiene, breakfast, property and ambiance.
They take room price at the time of check in not checj out which was weird. Staff put us out in a day without prior intimation to vacate the room. They asked us to check out as they found high paying guests. They put allegations that we didn’t paid them prior for the next day. If you don’t book and pay for the property for next day, they will ask you to leave without prior intimation.
excellent service, good food, courteous staff
Pool was great
Few things:1. Bedsheet was not fresh2. The light was reflecting in my room, you should either strictly turn it off after dinner or put on curtains so it would block the lighting from the lobby. There should be a freedom to choose.3. Hotels cab price to airport is insane. 600 rs one way. Compsring tuk tuk or can from airport charges 200-300rs.
The mattress was very uncomfortable
Nice gardens
Charges same as international standard hotels but doesn't meet that standard
Good location. Rooms were huge!
clean and polite staff
