Gautam Hotels and Resort

As I arrived, was told my booking was cancelled. But they will put us up in another hotel. I was not sure how the other hotel would be. There was a wedding going on and the hotel was overbooked. I insisted on staying, and they gave me a room. Not clean, sheets not changed, bathroom sink leaked, toilet was dirty, so you get the point. Highly not recommend this hotel. Food was below basic . I do not recommend this place.

Location

The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the temple by tourist and also nearby market place.the airport and railway station is also not far off. The size of the room is so big that the double occupancy room can easily accomodate 4 person.

Although the room size is big enough but the intercom was not working and everytime we have to call the reception by mobile for any service.There is very limited choice of brakefast items provided in buffet brakefast.

Everything about the hotel infrastructure and location.

Staff were not responding to my email and calls before the check in. The front desk person said, reservations and communication associated with booking.com are handled by different team. So what! That's not a excuse from a top star hotel.

I loved the room view over the manicured garden and pool. The staff was friendly. On the main street so walking distance to the temples.

I would have liked to have some seating in the garden and around the pool area.

Good housekeeping. Good behavior of staff.

1. We had booked for room with balcony, but there is no room having balcony. @booking.com should also take this responsibility. they should also check, if the information provided is correct or not. 2. No hot water in bathroom. Hot water is available during morning only, that too very limited quantity. If one person takes bath, second will have to take bath with cold water. Hot water supply is not given during evening.3. No means of communication. Intercom is not available. One mobile no. is provided, whenever you need something either call through mobile or go to reception to ask for the requirement.4. Choice of food is very limited. As the no. of guests is very less, not sure, if the meals provided are fresh or not. No choice for breakfast. Whatever limited is there, you have to eat.

Well, at least the staff was friendly.

Ants and rats are everywhere: in the room, in the dining hall and we even found a rat escaping from beneath the pillow when we wanted to go sleeping. Horror!

Ambiance and behaviour of staff

Food quality needs to be improved.Room basic stuf facilities are different for same category of room.

The location was very good for visiting the temples. The room was good and comfortable.

The food was only vegetarian perhaps they could consider serving eggs at breakfast.

Bathroom was clean and good.

The floor needs to be cleaned. It was really bad.Bed was very annoying and disturbing.Room is very spacious but needs more items to fit into..

Location, premise, infrastructure, staff, Food, cleanliness everything was superb. To special mention furniture is great.

Absence of electric kettle with anytime tea facility and no intercom facility for reception. They provide a mobile number to connect reception. Few guests filled the pool premise with filth. That was disappointing. Management should enforce discipline on such guests. Still it was a very good stay at the property

Location is nearer to temple monuments and other places.

Nothing very bad experience.. they are cheater.. They even did not provide bill.

Breakfast was very good as they have many choices for the breakfast

Nothing that we didn’t like . Our stay went very smoothly & we enjoyed a lot as we had very homely experience.
