1.Majority equipment at the fitness centre was not working 2.steam bath was not functioning 3. No attender in the pool

We had 2 rooms. One room (219) was a sad experience. The room key did not work several times. Then the rain shower - the water came out side ways and not down. The AC did not work properly - it seemed that there was a problem with the fuse. It came on and off at will. Frankly speaking, for the price and the ranking this hotel had - I was surprised to see such a state of the room.

The location was very close to the Heritage sites. The staff was professional and helpful . The room spacious. The toilet and bath were well designed. The housekeeping was great . The view from the room was good .

Food and location was good.

It was very disappointing to know that the room was below standards with issues like dampness, faulty toilet seat cover, faulty air conditioning. Required actions were not taken timely by the staff.

A little noisy in the evenings. On the first night there was a birthday party on the main lawn in front of the hotel with loud mic until well after 1am.

The hotel is really great, we were greeted warmly by the staff and they even upgraded our room to a pool/garden view room. Nice balcony in the room and very clean room with all amenities. Great meals as well throughout the day. Overall, very happy with my stay.

Outside of the hotel there are a lot of local Tuk Tuk who try to take you to the temples and try to sell you tickets and guidance. Everything is walking distance so preferably avoid those guys.

The bed was super comfortable . Room had a balcony. Staff was very helpful and courteous. They provided us with a complimentary card for our anniversary. Buffet breakfast spread was lavish .

Bathroom was not clean , the balcony doors were rusty and worn out. There was a wedding in the hotel and the DJ played till 3.30 in the night and couldn't sleep.

Hotel has nice ambience but Breakfast was passable - not much taste in food ….

Our room size was very small - it us not value for money atall …. Room had balcony access but there was no latch on it making it insecure n no lock from inside … bathroom had old pot n the tub was creaking … everything was small n the hotel is too highly priced compared to other other hotels in the town

Location is very close to Western Group of temples, hotel is very clean, staff are very helpful and courteous, rooms are very large and comfortable, food in restaurant is delicious. Breakfast starts early at 7 AM.

Our room was on the side of the hotel that has the outdoor ceremonial area. The first night we were there, there was a wedding that went on until the very late evening / early morning. While the music was very nice, it was also VERY loud and made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is very well maintained and has good facilities. More importantly, the staff are very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the restaurant, which has really good food and the pool, which is in a very picturesque area with green lawns and many trees around. The hotel can also help with finding a guide and providing a car to visit the Chandela temples.

The space and ambience was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

There was an overpowering aroma in the lobby from an infuser. When asked about it we were told that all Radisson Hotels in India have that and that it reflects tradition of India.The atoma was too much - I got a headache from it. If it us mandatory, at least have it at a low level. And choose another fragrance.I stayed at the Radisson in Bengaluru. It was the same there.

The chairs in the room had stains. And the cost it's definitely more than the quality of facility in this season

Could have told me that we were the only guest at the time of booking. Felt a little bit eerie to stay in such a big property alone.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. THE LOCATION OF HOTEL IS ALSO GOOS AS WE HAVE STAYED AT OTHER HOTELS TWICE. THE HOTEL PREMISES WERE CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED

A DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH JUST ONE BEDSIDE SIDE TABLE. WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BED AND NO SPACE TO PUT ANOTHER ONE TOO. THOUGH I DID NOT CHECK WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS WAS THE ARRANGEMENT IN ALL THE ROOMS. IT IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY 40 PLUS YEARS OF STAYING IN HOTELS THAT I HAD NO SIDE TABLE ON MY SIDE OF THE BED. REALLY STRANGE AND UNACCEPTABLE

The food was not good. We had to go out to restaurants to have good dinner. There are some available in the area and it is a bit of a shame, that a Hotel in that category has not a good kitchen.
