Runs on Central Air System. Thus only runs A/C during Summer and only runs Heating during winter time.

Hotel staff were very accommodating with my late arrival. Loved the room, it had both ocean view, and beach/city view. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, and the ocean view terrace was amazing. Walk to the beach was less than a minute, and hotel is right next to Busan X the Sky. It's a short walk to Sea Life Busan Aquarium - subway is a 15-20 minute walk.

The hotel exceeded expectations with immaculate cleanliness, aesthetic design, and brand-new functional amenities throughout. Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, even accommodating early check-in. While the breakfast is quite light and shouldn’t be relied upon, the available kitchen facilities make self-catering easy if that suits your travel style. The location and views are absolutely stunning—easily 11/10. Highly recommend overall.

Great location with amazing views, just near the sea. Also near the hotel there are a lot of cafes and convenience stores, also Blue capsule Mipo station just 5 min away. The staff are really nice, provided upgraded room with great view and helped a lot when I had questions. The breakfast is included, with breathtaking views at a terrace. The room itself seems renovated and modern, it has everything you need.

It may be cold in winter.

The hotel was clean and included all the basic necessities but otherwise didn’t have much to add. Breakfast was decent although had a make your own egg situation which made it feel more like a hostel with cooking and cleaning yourself.

There is a weird fish smell upon entering the hallway of the elevator up to the hotel. Luckily the hotel does not smell otherwise we would have rebooked. The staff was friendly enough but definitely did not go out of their way to be helpful. We showed up early and our room was not ready. We asked to use a bathroom and were told that we would need a key which couldn’t be issued until our room was ready.

The hotel was impressive with its high standard of cleanliness and excellent location just steps away from the beach. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered healthy, delicious options accompanied by a beautiful view to start the day.

I was disappointed by how strict the staff were regarding the cancellation policy, especially during an emergency situation. While I respect the rules, I felt they could have been more empathetic or open to discussing options, but instead, I was forced to pay for an extra night I couldn't use.

There was only one washer and dryer for everyone. We could only use it from 8 am yon7 pm. Given that most people are out sightseeing the hours should be extended . Also another washer and dryer should be added and have instructions in English.

Room was very dated and not kept up. Room was also very small. Breakfast area had bug zappers near food area.
