Place doesn’t seem to be cleaned often Fluid marks and dust everywhere Not a good experience Place looks like a lovers motel

the property was very solid, easily accessible and they gave us a free upgrade to the large room. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful, especially Han ( we had some issues and he was so much help).

the bathroom and the toilet doors are very open, so if mot teavelling with family it could be a bit weird.

I like that it’s convenient to get to the mrt and it’s close two blocks away to a mall

I didn’t like that under the bed it was so dirty like the cleaning staff never took the time to clean. Full of dust and hair.

Location was great. There isn't much in terms of a view but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great for a short stay.

Hound Hotel @Seomyeon-Beomcheon is clean, within less than 10 minutes walking distance to Metro Lane 1 (Orange Lane). It is very near with eateries and only 5 Metro stations away from Busan main Train Station. The weather is very conducive, and the city is very clean. This adds to the pleasure of my visits. My main issue is to converse with most people I encountered as they hardly communicate in English. But they are extremely friendly.

Communicating with Korean in English is a problem. Luckily, I used Samsung Galaxy with translation between English and Korean. The people of Korea in particular from Busan is very friendly, some even accompanied me towards my destination.

Good location, nice staff (little english, but sufficient), nice rooms. They first gave me a room with a nice view, but someone had previously smoked in the room. When I asked to switch rooms, they gave me a new one right away (not that awesome of a view), which was fine :) If you want to get your room cleaned, you just need to let the front desk know before noon.

We were able to leave our luggage early.

The room we booked was incredibly dirty. The glass doors to the bathroom and shower had not been cleaned in ages as there were streaks of dirt and grime. There were crumbs on the crevices of the couch and the toilet paper roll they left in the bathroom was wet. There was rust and black mold in the shower. When I went to the front desk they told me I couldn’t move rooms since they were all busy after I showed him the pictures of the room he gave me a key to a new room which was equally as dirty and had hairs under the covers. He said he would have someone clean our original room the next day but they only changed the sheets and put new toiletries which weren’t there when we first arrived. I am never coming back here again and it was such a shame that this place has the a decent rating on this site.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. The staff is very friendly, we also received an upgrade for the room. Room was spacious, clean, and had everything you could need.

Great location (very near to subway), very comfortable room Just need to be sure of the location of the hotel because there is a similar franchise at Seomyeon

Bathroom had mould growing in the grout and door handle inside the bathroom had soap scum all over :( not very soundproof, we had an upstairs or next door neighbour, not sure which, who stomped around loudly until 1am and started again at 7am for HOURS, could hear doors slamming etc through the hallway so it was hard to sleep at times.

A large amount of black mold in the room we stayed in, very bad. Floors were sticky.

We got a room upgrade right at the beginning for a larger room. Also the hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, it looked very elegant.The bathroom was big and we had a huge bathtub. Also the toilet was pure luxury as it was one of the modern ones with many functions.It was very clean and we loved our stay.

Unfortunately we only got one out of three big towels,the other ones were very small. Also the room was pretty dark with only one mirror available where it's pretty dark so you can hardly see enough for makeup etc.At first the room was very hot and we didn't find a way to turn off the heating but it was much better the next days.

Big rooms for quite cheap. Shower and bath tub are nice

Bathroom and shower doors are transparent with middle section frosted, less privacy if youre with friends or coworkers, fine for family/couples

The rooms were adequately spacious, the decor beautiful and sufficient entertainment.

Friendly and helpful staff, I like the hotel provided free bottle water and coffee, it’s superb services for coffee lovers.

Toilet vanity maybe can improve..bedroom need to add big mirror with lighting ,easier for make up .

The room was big and clean. Staff were friendly and spoke English.

No breakfast is served since COVID-19.

The hotel could use a make over. Dark room with no sunlight. It was okay clene but could need a renovation. The hallway was old and looked dirty.

The room was small the same size as a motel, not double as said on booking. Com , it was kinda dirty and too much squeezed, deem lights you can't even do your make up well ??

The hotel is close to the station and buses.

Our room was never cleaned. The hotel looks run down. It was filthy outside the hotel entrance. The garbage bags that were on our floor when we checked in were still there 3 days later! Not very helpful staff.
