Brown Dot Busan Station Sky Garden

Good location. Spacious room. Got heated floor. Room temperature was too hot at night and couldn’t control the aircon temp so we opened the window

We stayed at this hotel in two separate occasions. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, in Busan is near impossible to find parking, the underground one wasn't available due to the vehicle that we had, yet he tried to find us some parking and even had agreed to keep the car keys and move the car (we just had it parked outside on a yellow line) if parking became available. In the end it wasn't needed as we decided to just pay for parking which ended up being quite expensive but, it is what it is. The room was very clean and very nice the FIRST stay, the views were good, overviewing the city.

The area, leaving the parking issue aside, the area is somewhat "shady". There are lots of advertisements for sex workers, and there are many bars and clubs that seem to want to find that type of customers. The area felt safe but a little eerie perhaps is what I wanna say.On the second stay, it was a totally different story...the room was VERY dirty, the bath was unusable, the door was peeling off and plenty of scratches and dents in different places. If I had to judge based on my first stay, a 9. Based on second, a 6 overall unfortunately.

The room is large and confortable. There is a big bathroom. It’s very close to the train station and convenient to go around. The staff doesn’t speak English but they are nice and very helpful. Hotel seems to have been refurbished recently.

The room was clean but common area could be cleaner as I have seen stains on the floor not cleaned for days. (Maybe they were short in staff when I was there). Smell of smoke in room everyday after 8pm. (smoking is forbidden but I presume it’s not respected) I felt safe as a solo woman traveller there but maybe not suitable for a family with kids because of the area.

The location is great, a quick walk tot he subway station and the KTX station, there are lots of shops and restaurants around. the rooftop garden is beautiful and offers a nice view. The room was comfortable.

The room had a faint smell of cigarettes, despite it being non-smoking. I opened the window and let it air out after I checked in, and it was much better when I returned after dinner.

Great location and room was bigger than I expected. Rooftop has nice view and big.

It might good for 1 night as there was no furniture for stuff rather than a desk.

The rooms are very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs. They allowed us to check in a little early and upgraded us upon arrival!

They had advertised breakfast, but there is no breakfast. Many coffee shops and cafés close by though!
