Plea De Blanc Hotel & Residence

Travelled around South Korea for 2 weeks and this was the best low priced hotel we stayed at. Great location, close to beach, attractions, food and subway. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had a washer/dryer which was very handy.

Location, cleanliness, staff responsiveness

Good location, you have a loot of food options really near and the beach only one block away. You can easily get a bus, subway or a taxi to move around.

It is very close to the beach and within a 5 minute walk to the Blueline sky park. It had a refrigerator and freezer, and microwave, washing machine, and dishes/ knives etc. The room was a decent size studio, and the bed was comfortable.

The elevators take a while. There are no dish towels in the room, but there are dishes, soap, and kitchen sink. My biggest complaint is the lighting in the room. There are no bedside lamps, and the ceiling lights are bright fluorescent lights typically found in offices/ schools. You have to turn them off from across the room. There is a motion sensor light that activates by the door, which comes on anytime someone goes to the bathroom during the night and it is very bright.

The toiletries were not complete and you have to request it daily despite the booking already indicated that we were 4 people. Refill of basic amenities also has to be requested despite the agreement upon checking in of daily cleanup and refill.

The location was great. Gym was equipped with a variety of machines. The tv was very big.

The wait for the elevators took a long time. The unit had very few utensils, so we had to buy forks, knives and spoons. They need to put more utensils in the kitchen. The sofa should be replaced. The left side of the sofa has a spring or metal poking you when you sit. You could hear footsteps all night from the unit above, which disturbed us.

The Apartments seem to be Office Tels in a very common Apartment Building. You have a huge Living Room with attached Kitchenarea, a Bedroom with walk-in Closet and a seperate Bathroom/Toilet. Its VERY spacious and as such, super comfortable even for bigger groups - But definitely feels like living in an Apartment on your Trip.The Location was insane. Its crossing a small alley to reach the Beach. Haeundae provides for everything you normally need, so you could just stay your whole Trip there. Its very, very nice.

The Apartment is old. Things are used and scuffed. Everything seems like it could need a fixer upper. Doors screech or are out of frame and cant be easily closed/opened. It just feels like theres no Maintenance going on.The Building has 2 Elevators and you are on Floor 15+. So you often have to wait FOREVER to find room in an Elevator. Not a good design - Probably because this Building was never meant to be a Hotel.Check In looks miserable. Its a super small little Glass Cabin on the first Floor, if you dont know the Rooms are nice, you will immediately have a bad feeling at checkin.Overall, the Rooms are in a great location and big. But the Hotel really needs maintenance and various improvements.

There was a good amount of space, AC, lots of nearby activities. Good gym for working out and convenience store on site. Very affordable!

The kitchen was hard to use: no instructions on the multiple steps needed to use the gas range, minimal cooking equipment, and no cooking oil or even salt. It also took us 25 minutes to get down the elevator at check out because it was always full.

The location is good,walking distance from the bus stop,there are convenience stores/restaurants nearby..No problem with the staffs..

The unit is old and dirty. Needs thorough cleaning. There are food stains everywhere and I was afraid to touch anything.

It’s a walking distance to the beach, the room is spacious and has washer and dryer.

Very few elevators with the amount of people in the building, no beach towels or any beach amenities.

Big rooms, close to Haeundae beach with a good price for the rooms.

The Haeundae location isn't ideal if you want to visit a lot from Busan because everything is far away. As to the property itself we felt the bed linen had had better days (it wasn't the whitest any more and the property clearly can't get it 100% white anymore).

The room is very spacious and the in-suite washing machine was a lifesaver. The location of the building in general can't be beat, as it's basically a block away from the beach and pretty much anything you could want is within walking distance. We were also given numerous towels and water bottles during our stay.

The building elevators are busy and there aren't many of them, so expect to wait a while when going up or down.

I think entrance A-B building and common rooms with other hotels in one single floor doesn’t look a good environment as hotels do have.

There were multiple issues and they just kept coming. Starting from the man at the front desk giving us 2 keys instead of 3. The tiny 150 cm mattress was shoved on the floor. Without the bed sheets. Raw worn-out mattress. The beds had. White bed sheets and pillow cases while the « floor » set looked like it was someone’s old bed set to be soon used for floor mopping. They treated us as if we didn’t pay for 3 people. This was just unheard of. But of course the most egregious part was the cleanliness. Five days of our constant contacting them and them not getting what was wrong. It was so dirty. They haven’t washed the floor for room service. When I checked the painting/beds/mirror the dust layer was thick. I got an allergic reaction and a rash because I was sleeping on the floor and breathing the dust and dirt in. Phone calls didn’t work, asking them directly didn’t work. Only after we demanded to wash the floors right then and there, they did it. Half-heartedly.Worst experience of my life. I trusted the reviews on booking and idk, usually they are trustworthy. Maybe ppl don’t stay there for this long, i honestly don’t get it. I am still disgusted with the condition of the room and the (low) level of professionalism of the staff.

Not at all what I expected. The room was tiny and the beds were the hardest beds I’ve ever slept on. Beach view but the windows were so dirty you could barely see, but that seems to be all around Busan.
