Parking, location, price staff (32y boy/ girl in her 20s, all very kind)

We liked the location, accessible to urban transportation.

There was no mirror in the room, which would have been very helpful. Also, there were not enough towels in the room for the number of people, so that would have been nice to have had from the beginning.

The location is very ideal in between two metro stations, in the middle of Busan city. The room is simply decorated but very clean, also full of light. High value over money you paid for

Modern clean hotel in a very nice neighbourhood

- comfortable room and bed;- enough space for cosmetics in bathroom.

- bad location, neighbourhood was ugly and noisy;- view to a 4-lane street / motorway;- no doors or curtain between shower and rest of the bathroom - wet floor after each shower.

Hotel location is a bit walking distance from metro, but not too bad from the busy area. There is a nice place to walk up to the busy area when there is no luggage carry on.

We feel the receptionist is not that friendly to traveler, and not that welcome to ask question. Hope they could be smile a little bit and assisting tourist more.

Overall no complains: good bed, nice bathroom, clean.Good sound-proofing considering our window was facing a highway.

Motion-activated light at the entrance triggered every time one of us went to the bathroom at night, bothering the 2nd person.Shower cabin does not have glass/curtain on one of the side, as a result the floor was wet every time we showered and we had to dry it with a towel.A/C, once every 1-2h made very annoying sound (as if water was dripping internally) that woke me up once or twice.

Great location, clean, the rooms are nice, we had a small balcony. I liked it.Just minor issues: We were always getting only one big towel instead of two for some reason. No problem at all, we just went to the reception and asked for more, but I just found it weird.Also, note that the beds are heated. I guess it's common in Korea, but it's our first trip to Korea, and we only realised it when leaving, so I'm not sure if you can turn them off. I personally like it, but my husband doesn't.

Great location, the rooms are newly renovated and the staff is friendly.

Location was ok and the deco was different, had a convenient store was a added bonus

Room smell damp, blocked shower so slow drainage, toilet flushing remote control was tapped so hard to flush, strain on sofa and walls, provided 1 bath towel for 2, deluxe room was for added bathtub and feel less spacious then the normal room, the hotel front stated 2star but on Booking.com it stated 3star, the only good thing was the staff.

The location was perfect, near the metro station and the food alley. The staff was lovely, very available and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and confortable. Very recommended!

We had an issue with the billing, but both the hotel staff and the booking.com were extremely helpful in addressing it and providing a satisfying solution, so it was very a minor problem.

A very solid hotel, the decor was very unique and it was very comfortable. Great experience

The location was good but it was raining whilst we were there and you felt the distance between food and transport a lot more

Bathroom was spacious and toilet was japan-like ones. Great shower with rain mode. Bed was comfortable

No laundry service, though it was one laundry shop next to the hotel. Wifi in my room was not working

The hotel was super clean and very newly refurbished which was a bit of a surprise. Very good value for money!

Clean, tidy and has amenities in the room. Good location for subway stops and is walkable to many eateries, shops etc.,Rooms are big with plenty of space.

To be picky, the mattress felt old/hard springs can be felt.

Awesome room. Liked the way reception was set up to purchase and heat a frozen dinner and even a sealed glass of wine could be bought. You can sit on one of many bar stools looking to the outside. Perfect for solo traveller!

Not close to city / Busan station but it's not far from main roads.

Some staff (reception) can't speak fluent English so not sure about the Map / Trains that we're asking for.

Nice room, good size and bonus was a small balcony. Great location with easy walking access to 2 metro stations.
