What a phenomenal Experience. We loved the apartment layout and upkept technology. The staff was very sweet and worked with our very limited Korean sayings to get us checked in. The rooms were spacious, the view was unparalleled, and the location was easy access to what we wanted to do in Busan. Our room had an incredible view of the city and beach. Watching the sunrise from my bed was the perfect start to a jet lagged morning. We loved the place so much we actually had a night in to relax which is not my usual travel style!

Finding the front desk to the hotel portion was tricky - we had to ask the reception desk and just hoped we were going the right way. The rooms are spacious enough to change out the twin bed in one of the rooms to a Queen or King bed. there were 4 of us so one person slept on a floor mat and though they said it was comfortable it would've been nice to have them hop a bed as there was room for it in the rooms!

If is hard to locate and the check in time is very late. No breakfast, no service.

The check-in process was confusing and burdensome. Ridiculously hot in the lobby, check in desk, and hallways. Because of the size of the buildings it was very difficult to get to the mall and beach. It was a much longer walk than it should have been. I am realizing right now I guess we might have been able to walk to the hotel lobby and then through the mall and to the beach? The hotel staff did not seem welcoming of that kind of thing though. And if it were possible it would have been nice to know. Maybe it’s easier if you drive and park in the garage. The heating and cooling was confusing even for native Korean speakers. For English speakers, impossible. Two of us accidentally turned on the heated flooring. One a native Korean speaker, the other an English speaker with limited Korean but with chatGPT and google translate. Weird choices on cutting corners. There was a very small amount of super fancy silverware and dishes. Yet only 3 bath towels for 3 bedroom 3 baths. They offered more towels at a small cost which was not clear when booking. Weird. Awkward. Unnecessary. Raise the price $5 per night give us a bunch of towels and make more money, weirdos. Also only 2 cards. They had weird arbitrary rules.

Amazing accommodation - beautiful, modern condo on 84th floor overlooking the ocean. It was truly awesome. Didn’t want to leave.

The scenic view and cleanliness.

We are a family of four and they could only supply two towels per day. That’s not acceptable.

This place was MIND BLOWING, the place was huge & so lavish i was so surprised how nice this hotel was. the location was awesome, the buffet was amazing. the view of the ocean was beautiful the pictures on the app do not give this place justice. i really reccommend it.

The staff was helpful, residence was clean, heated floors, and I LOVED the view. The technology is nice/advanced in the apartment. **Note**Washer, dryer, and remote controls (for the heating/cooling, and tv) are in Korean. However, you'll be okay if you utilize Google translate.

For some reason there was only a tv in the living room. I reserved this room in hopes to have the same amenities as we had the last time we visited. Unfortunately, there was no tv in the master bedroom or any of the other two bedrooms. No iron, or iron board located in the apartment. You are required to contact the front desk.

Property is clean, spacious and comfortable with beautiful views and very close to the beach. Staff are very helpful.

No gym or pool

Amazing view, coffee machine. Washing machine, close to beach train and sky pods. Long way to cable cars at Songdo. Right on haendae beach- lots of cafes, great shopping street near the aquarium

Apartment so no hotel facilities but did hold a luggage on last day

Not a pleasant experience. If problem is not resolved I would not return.

The property had sewage odor both in the lobby area and also in the apartment itselfIt seemed like it was an issue for quite some time When we were there the elevator area taking you to the garage freaked of sewage odor that was unbearable. They had large fan trying to dissipate the smell but was not effective We almost vomitted every time we had to take the elevator The apartment itself was not as bad but definitely had a lingering smell of sewage

Nice view and location(right next to the beach)

Uneasy check-in process. Unecessary stress required. We came in the lobby enterance for Residence as it was written outside of builing. But there wasnt reception. No information where the reception is. The unkind staff in the 1st floor said we needed to go down B4(underground). We had quite luggages, two kids and old parents with me. They didn't loan us the luggage carrior, so we needed to go down to pick up the carrior. I didn't expect such a service when i booked high class residence hotel.

- The view (87th floor)- the localisation, next to the beach and the market - the rooms are comfortable

- Only one big towel for two people- very little stuff (coffee capsules, etc.), which reduces the comfort- small issues with the shower (leaks)But the main disappointment of our stay was the difficulty to communicate with the staff: can't speak English (must use translator), not very kind... For this kind of standing hotel, we expected more.

Spectacular views, clean apartment, great location. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms with washer dryer, Jacuzzi bathtub, modern amenities.The person who checked us in and and showed us our room explained everything very well.

No shampoo/conditioner provided. Alarm went off and couldn't deactivate without getting password. Beds too firm. More furniture in living room would be better. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful. She barely spoke English, looked at you with a blank face and made no effort to understand or help, even when she saw we were struggling to get a taxi during a storm.

This hotel / apartment is the most comfortable, spacious , and downright luxurious place I have ever stayed in. I loved that there were 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and views to die for! We felt like high flying celebrities staying in such plush surroundings. We were so very sad to leave this incredible hotel and leaving Busan.

I'm not sure I can think if anything at all that we did not like!

Amazing amazing amazing apartment. Great location. Near the beach & the lively street in busan. The best you can ever find in busan. We took the apartment with 3 bedrooms. It was very big , super clean, very comfortable. Once you get there you’ll be guided to take the 4th floor for the reception & register. It’s the second tallest building in Korea so it’s very well known by taxis.

1) The lady who explained the apartment to us could only speak memorized sentences in English. Not all of our questions could be answered and there were misunderstandings.2) Except for the smart control, all documents are unfortunately only in Korean.It would have been helpful to have an English translation for the numerous remote controls. Washing machine, dryer, television, even the refrigerator, food ordering service is all very complex only with Google Translate. Luckily our daughter can speak Korean.3) The toilet in the main bathroom was broken - but it was repaired on the first night.4) The shower door in the main bathroom didn't close completely, so the bathroom was always wet - although we didn't feel like having someone come to fix it.5) There were three of us, but we only ever received shower towels for two people.6) Checking in and out is far too complicated.7) The only way to reach the reception was via a telephone line. As a foreigner, this was extremely difficult as there would be international fees - we refused. The only alternative was to use KakaoTalk, which we had to download separately.There are clearly too many deficiencies for this exclusive hotel.

The apartment was nice and spacious.

Check in and Check out was confusing. Basic necessities were not provided eg. Tea towels.Would prefer daily cleaning.Didn't like the checking out....the residental reception staff were rude and reluctantly helped us trying to get large taxi for our luggage.

Location is exceptional and view was million dollar
