Central Park Hotel Busan

The check in process was very easy and fast and last minute. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was large and comfortable.

My friend lost her bag in the bus, the reception was really friendly and helped her. They called the bus company for her since she doesn’t speak Korean and kept her updated, within 2 hours she got her bag back thanks to them. The staff is really kind, the room was nice and clean. I recommend.

The room is big but the towel is so small and need to request for all service, even water.

Location was ok. There were several convenience stores around. Walking distance to lotte mall.

Aside from the mosquitos and bathroom gunk, The staff was rude and unhelpful, particularly when it came to assisting me as a person with a disability. I encountered significant challenges when trying to get a taxi to the train station, and the lack of support was frustrating.One male staff member insisted I use a lift from the basement instead of the one readily available, which was not only inconvenient but also quite steep when going up from the driveway. This added unnecessary difficulty to my experience. When we requested towels, he seemed annoyed. The room only contained face towels, which was not adequate for our needs. Overall, we left feeling quite annoyed and disappointed with the level of service and support provided during my stay. I hope they can improve in these areas for future guests.

Central and close to BIFF square, other tourist attractions and train station. Staff were helpful during check in and out

The bed were hard like sleeping on the floor. Woke up sore most mornings and the bathroom was really stinky on the first day we arrived which cleared up the following day

The location was awesome! Super close to buses, the train, convenience stores & lots of yummy restaurants around

The location is perfect if you want to experience more relaxed atmosphere of the city, near tye port, Busan tower, Biff and Jagalchi market. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby as well as one of the Lotte Mall and underground mall. Just remember it's not Seoul and everything closes much much sooner.

Where to start... I've stayed in this hotel in 2019 and had pleasant memories. This time though-the lift to the hotel is out of service. If you have any heavier luggage that's the first obstacle. I've asked for assistance and was provided with the help, so at least that.I've seen two rooms, one twin on 12th floor which had two windows, the mixture of furniture from many places, like literally from the hotel sale, still fine, but, the bathroom was lacking the towels that were larger than a hand. Had to ask at the front desk. The robes that are part of the offer were also missing and also had to ask for them. Overall you will hear that phrase from ne a lot. The wardrobe is a joke, so you have your clothes everywhere at some point as there is no space.-The room was dirty, the was dirt on the floor, the bathroom had someone used soup. There were only paper cups (2) for the room, for the coffee/tea as well as brushing teeth? The hotel states there are pro green, but getting an actual cup would be mire sustainable.-The rubbish bin is a joke, one 500ml bottle and it's full (after folding it), the one in the bathroom is the finest I've seen.- The next day, when we got the towels, robes the light stopped working. It was reported to the front desk as soon as we realised, then went to had a dinner to come back 2 hours later to the dark room, another stop to the front desk to another employee making huge eyes as he wasn't informed, nothing was checked in the meantime etc. The result, moving room at midnight with no help to the 13th floor in the dark.-Second room, on the 13th floor shown the standard, the higher you get the room, the better it is, in theory.We got 2 beds here as well, on king size The room was much more spacious and had better furniture, still from the hotel sale? The bed was hard as a table, like literal table, so sth to be aware The bathroom the same, still no towels, but we took the ones previously given.

business around were not friendly got kicked out of one of the restaurants and other restaurants did not allow us to dine in only take out.

Hotel room was spacious, clean, had a comfortable shower and a very nice view. The area around the hotel is beautiful - two very close are Jagalchi fish Market and Lotte dept rooftop :) Easy to travel to various beaches and attractions around Busan using public transport.

The room was beautiful, Well appointed and nice view of the harbour and mountains. The location was excellent. Close to Nampo station, Fashion St, Lotte Department Store and Harbour. It was easy to catch the metro from Busan Station and also to transfer lines to travel to Gwangalli Beach and other tourtist spots.

We felt scared at night in our room. The walls and hallways are very loud when drunk guests coming back to their room. Yelling , laughing and talking at 3am. Our door was locked but we were still frightened they might go to the wrong room and bang on our door.

Great bed. Friendly staff. Near everything from the convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, park, tower, mall, big shops, bank, train station, you name it, this hotel is very handy. And dont forget to tourist attractions and beach too. No breakfast offered but free bottles of water you collect in the counter.

Stairs to get into the hotel, but the lift(small elevator) wasn’t working that time so from taxi to get into the hotel was struggle if you have heavy luggage. Going up to the rooms no problem they have 2elevator. Other than this it was great.

Location good

We were given a room on lower floor (6th) - it was awful: dirty, mouldy, peeling wallpaper, limited Wi-Fi, torn mosquito nets etc. Windows onto next building - totally oppressive. After complaining, we were moved to higher floor on second night, which was much better.

Small lobby. Room not in working condition and need to change room. Not sure if it is culture there. On 2nd last night the staff was unfriendly and told us off when we ask for housekeeping, saying not cleaning daily. But we are staying there for 7 nights.

Good location. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great shower

There was no welcome on arrival, not even a smile and this unfriendly vibe continued. The light system in the rooms is annoying and requires constant turning back on, no movement sensor apart from entrance light. Provided with hand towels only as standard which was not good.

Location is an advantage. Very close to Lotte Mall and BIFF Square. Accommodated us and our friend well. Free coffee at the lobby and can do some work. We got harbor view which was awesome.

The bathroom is quite tricky, clean and large but could use more coverage for privacy. The lights were automatic so could go on then off but aside from that it was well-heated and can manage around it. A full-length mirror somewhere would be helpful as well.

Value of money. Room was big enough for 4 people. Restaurants were around the corner. Don't worry about crime, police station is exactly at the front of hotel.

Aircondition temp was locked. Can't adjustment either down or up.

No secure WiFi. only open WiFi where all traffic and personal info could be tracked by anyone connected.

The lift out the front of hotel is not working so very hard to get large suitcases up the stairs.If you don't ask at desk for room to be serviced it won't be.

Room was nice and clean. It has a nice location next other restaurants and the Lotte mall. The staff were very helpful at sorting out our laundry issues.

Not really the hotel’s fault but a lot of Busan’s attractions were far away from the hotel when we came. The skyline was shut so we had to go to the other side of the city to do things. The view in the hotel pictures are also a bit misleading. A ‘city view’ was actually a brick wall and the other window only showed the other side of the street. Not exactly a skyline.

The beds so comfort.. we 're like yo sleep on hard matras is good for our back..even they're not clean up the room everyday.. but if we asked they willing to do it.. so far so good n near from station bus n train n so many food around the hotel

Maybe the culture of korean people .. looks unfriendly but sometimes they're helpfull.. maybe gv a little bit smile to a guest its better.. but its only a suggest overall the hotel is good..
