The Westin Josun Busan

The beach view from the 8th floor was simply incredible. Even though it was winter, people were enjoying the clean beach. The bed was very comfortable. We could open a small portion of the window to hear the waves crashing, which was lovely to hear in December. There is a GS25 next to the property. The Josun Deli had great coffee and yummy bakery treats. The concierge was very helpful to us. Located within walking distance to Bay 101.

The in-room coffee only had decaf, which wasn't helpful. The staff at O'Kiim's was very attentive and accommodating, and the food was good, but I felt the food was uninspired and could have been more flavorful overall considering hte venue and the cost.

The location was fantastic next to the beach and wonderful views. Better than the description on the website. Also the club facilities were superb and great variety of food which we loved.The gym and spa area also exceptional

It was perfect. Disappointed that I could got get Marriott points which is an unfair rule.

Its located at the end of Haeundae beach in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. It has direct access to the park and beach which is good for morning folks going for a walk or run

The rooms feel a little dated compare to how the lobby looks. And if you’re a light sleeper be prepared to get rude awaking by early morning folks slamming the door on the way out.

Restaurants and food all over priced.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful place with a great view. Unfortunately, once you’re there you are very far from any restaurants or bars in Busan, and the hotel restaurants and bars are super expensive. A plate of quesadillas was almost fifty US dollars and a burger was over thirty. I was looking forward to a place where you could relax and eat in one of the three restaurants, but it was more economical to take a taxi into the city to get food. We did order room service and it was good, and somehow the cost was less than they charge in the restaurants! The view from our Oceanside room was amazing, but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The Westin Josun Busan is a fantastic hotel. My wife and I stayed here during our visit to South Korea for 3 nights in a Junior Suite on the 9th floor overlooking beach with club lounge facilities and couldn't be happier. The room was large, spotlessly clean and had magical views of Haeundae Beach and Sea of Japan. It's location is away from the hustle and bustle of busy but beautiful Busan. The club lounge facilities were great for breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. Staff throughout hotel were very accommodating and all spoke good English. Highly recommended.

The hotel’s location is excellent, overlooking the sea. To the right, there’s a long seaside promenade, and to the left, a small forest perfect for walking. However, there wasn’t much variety in the food — most of it consisted of seafood. For vegetarians, it’s difficult to find dishes that suit their taste in the lunch or dinner buffet.

Very nice hotel, highly recommended to stay! Marvelous location: on the Haeundae beach and near Camelia Park. You can see sunrise during breakfast - breakfast is also very well. Personnel is always at service and ready to help - special thanks to Sebastian. Room is well equipped and clean. There are pool and sauna. When the weather is sunny you can enjoy it even if the temperature doesn't allow to swim in the sea - there are deckchairs in the pool and walls are tranparent (glass). There are 2 subway stations not far from the hotel (10 and 15 minutes on foot) and many buses stations. About 30-40 minutes by taxi from Busan Station.

Just one thing to improve - there is few space for clothes like pullover or T-shirt. Only one shelf in the room is insufficient - please think about it. For example, there is enough space to hang coats or suits - let's do the same for pullovers/T-shirts.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the location right on the beach is perfect for morning walks and relaxing with the family.

A little distance from subways, but taxis are an easy way to get around.

the swimming pool is becoming a total babies bassin for Korean families that invade the hotel on week end or holidays time, same for restaurant time that is totally ruined with noisy rude children's. Don't expect to swim or enjoy relax time there.

Great hotel, great breakfast. Restaurants are good but very expensive. Great service but no ironing service.

The location is perfect , the staff are friendly, the room is newly renovated and clean

The staff especially the concierge was excellent. She helped me plan my stay and organised a taxi for the day, the service was exceptional.

The room and especially the bathroom was old style.

Place is OLD. Walls are wafer thin, you can hear everything between rooms & it's noisy. Rooms & bathrooms are cramped. Lifts were super slow & in need of repair. WiFi requires constant sign in. Toilets blocked,

Proximity to the beach, and walkability to things to do, view from on site restaurants.

Pool rules should be placed outside pool for visibility, enforcement of lap swimming in designated area, slimy feeling around main pool.

Location was great over looking the beach. Our room was very comfortable for our stay.
