Bay Hound Hotel

Great location if you don't mind a quick walk over the bridge or are comfortable riding the bus. Staff was really helpful as well, and they provide maps and other travel tips on the website.

the place was great with a great view as well.. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Spacious room with free water and all amenities that you woud expect. Honestly, I was worried that maybe I overpaid, but it was pretty much worth the price. the gown and slippers were so cute as well

there were broken things in my room. these could have been fixed easily. also i would have appreciated if the cleaner changed the cup in which i drank my coffee

Comfortable rooms, nice location on Yeongdo Island and walking distance to Nampo and Gwangbok.

The room was quite hot even in winter and the air conditioning machine was very noisy, so if you use that you need to sleep with ear plugs.

Had a great stay. Close to the station and bus stops. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and beds very very comfortable

On Friday and Saturday nights, there are some 20 pushcarts in front of the hotel, by the bay, selling bbq seafood. It is nice to eat by the roadside. Not cheap though. Room has some nice couch. Hotel is a short distance from Yeongdo Bridge, good for viewing the lifting of the bridge every Saturday at 2pm. Nampo station is nearby. Seoul Station is not too far away too. There's a Lotte Outlet / department store / mart nearby. But bottles of body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner are provided.

The shower spray is not powerful. The chamber maid took away towels and bar soap everyday, replacing with new ones, which is wasteful. Only one key card is issued for our family. The room is a bit too tight for 4 persons.

The room was big and the bed comfortable

Did not feel very clean, smelled funny on the hallways and very stained carpets everywhere. No shower curtain for the tube, connections are not that good and not a lot around

The room was very spacious and had a bathtub. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Parking is free of charge. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is super convenient. In the evening you can eat some local street food and drink some soju just in front of the hotel in the tents.

- close to Nampo subway station (7 min walk)- close to the bus (3 min walk)- close to Busan station (2 subway stations difference)- close to Lotte mall- bigger room than expected- nice beds

- towels were not clean- noise from outside could be heard on the inside(There’s street food stands in the evening nearby on a daily basis)

Very poor

The toilet was dirty, the sheets had yellow stains the pillowcases were really dirty we couldn’t sleep comfortably.As for the location, it is one of the worse hotels you can stay in Busan, very far from top attractions. The photos of the hotel isn’t reflecting the real thing.

Great location and beds were so comfy and staff were helpful

The room was outdated and a bit dirty. Dirty as in there were some stains on the ceiling and the washroom was uncomfortable.

The hotel was right outside a food market and loads of shops so it was very easy to navigate. the staff were really nice and helped me and my friends to order some good.

The toilet was very weak and making it hard to flush.

Location … quite far from the Busan train station and everytime we need to go out we need to take the taxi.

They smelled funny

The hotel was an easy walk across the harbour and with many bus routes nearby (such as to Huinnyeoul Culture Village). The room was very spacious, and had a nice view. Enjoyed the pojangmachas directly outside the hotel in the evenings.

The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable, which is important for a good night's sleep. Breakfasts are plentiful, varied and inexpensive. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Of course, this is not a high-class place, but it’s a decent place for a low price

The rooms really require cosmetic repairs, as rightly indicated in the reviews of other guests. Foot mats in the bathroom need to be purchased new or washed more thoroughly

Big rooms and lots of freebies like combs and razors and more. The staff were very nice

The location. It’s in poor location and the Koreans around wasn’t pleased with me and my friends walking around the neighborhood. We got chased twice by some drunk old men. Adding to that, the reception doesn’t work 24/7, we tried to check out at 7 in the morning and for half an hour there was no one at the front desk. We almost missed out our train to busan.
