Small, but clean room.

Location is not the greatest if you want to eat out or see anything.

Very close to airport! Very affordable and nice friendly staff. Spacious rooms!

Didn’t research enough and did not know it was in an industrial area. Not good for a tourist, but probably good for someone who is working in the area. A/C also was slow in the room.

Catfish. Not as seen in pictures. Location is terrible, the terrace is old and dirty, chairs were literally ripped. Unbelievable experience, refused to refund me my money.

Dirty, old, and not what was advertised at all

Big room and big bed

I took the “PC Room” but wasn’t working (no HDD space to use a good game)

My stay at Hotel during my Busan trip exceeded my expectations. The room featured a modern and stylish interior, and everything was immaculately clean. I found the shared clothing care system, washing machine, and dryer incredibly convenient, especially for a long stay. The hotel also offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful in managing my schedule. Overall, I felt that the hotel prioritized guest convenience in every aspect.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, without feeling cramped. Although it’s located in the heart of the city, the subtle woody scent of the room’s air freshener made it feel like I was in a peaceful forest—such a pleasant and refreshing fragrance. The staff spoke perfect English, and although breakfast was complimentary, it was more than enough to start my day right.Whenever I requested a taxi, it arrived within five minutes. If I ever visit Busan again, I will definitely come back here.Thank you so much! :)

Big room, lots of space

A little worn here and there, the outdoor hot tub was too dirty to use, bed was rock hard

I arrived at the hotel earlier than planned due to my schedule, and an early check-in room was ready. I was able to use the hotel for a full 24 hours. Everything in the hotel was perfect, so I could take care of everything without leaving. There was even a small convenience store where I could buy beer and snacks. It was perfect.

It was a great place for a solo business trip, and I enjoyed trying Korean ramen. Also, I appreciated the front desk calling a taxi for me :)

Choosing Prima Hotel for my trip with friends was the best decision. We were upgraded to a bigger and more comfortable room, and the cozy bedding helped us recover from the day's fatigue. It was convenient to purchase snacks and drinks from the vending machine on the first floor, and as a coffee lover, I was delighted to enjoy unlimited Starbucks coffee 24/7. The hotel also had ample parking, making it stress-free for those traveling by car. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Hotel made my romantic getaway even more special. The room was cozy, with comfortable bedding, and we could enjoy Netflix movies together for a relaxing night in. The first-floor vending machine offered affordable wine, which was perfect for a romantic evening in our room. The staff provided exceptional service, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail.I would love to return here for our next anniversary.

After a long drive, Prima Hotel was the perfect place to recover. The large parking area made checking in hassle-free, and the room was spotlessly clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, giving me the energy I needed for the day ahead. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I am grateful for their hospitality. I will certainly return to this hotel for my next trip

We stayed here for one night as it was close to the airport, and we were flying out early. It has all the essentials and the lady at reception was so helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean, and I was never bored at night since I could watch Netflix for free. Additionally, the washing machine and dryer were very convenient.

The staff were very friendly, and most importantly, the hotel was very close to the airport, which was great. Also, the breakfast was excellent, especially considering the affordable price.

There is nothing.

Clean and free breakfast

The room smells like a cigarettes although the room was non smoking room

Great value for that price. Short distance to the airport. Rooms are well equipped, clean and warm (we were there in January). It is located in industrial zone are but during the night it is really quiet part of the city. Also very simple breakfast (instant soup) was okay.

Not very well working toilet, but personell helped us :)

Facilities and bathtub, many additional items such as lotion and skincare products. A male staff who speaks Mandarin. Unlimited water bottles.
