Pros +
- It was very clean. The room was spacious and the manager kept bringing toiletries. She was very thoughtful. The manager was very nice and helpful. I’m a foreigner and I didn’t speak Korean, but she spoke English and she was very kind and asked me if I needed help all the time.
- We had a fantastic stay at Calm Rest Hotel. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The bed was in
- The staff were absolutely wonderful! And the room was nice and spacious We loved the bathtubWe were pleasantly surprised by the unexpected complimentary breakfast!
Cons -
- The bed was unbelievably hard, it was not comfortable to sleep on, although when I told the staff this, they were able to make it a bit better by stuffing what I think were extra duvets under the bedsheet to make it softer (ask for this ASAP don't suffer like we did!)The hotel itself is in desperate need of an update e.g the tiles are cracked throughout the corridors, there are AC stains down the wall by the AC until etc (but you can't complain too much when the price is as low as it is!)It's a bit far from the action!
