Hotel Kyungsung

1) The room was very clean and spacious. It definitely exceeded my expectations specially from the size perspective.2) The location is great. A short walk from the Seomyeon Station exit 9. Bonus: Exit 9 has a escalator which is fantastic if you have large suitcases with you3) I arrived ahead of check-in time (1600) and was able to leave my suitcase at the lobby while I went out to explore Busan. When I returned to the hotel for check-in, they had already brought my suitcase up to the room which was very thoughtful and excellent service.

Had little difficulties with the name of the hotel when googling. Its indicated as hotel in English but was an Inn in Korean so there was little confusion for the taxi drivers Xp

Friendly staff, amazing location, rooftop with coffee bar. Rooms were big enough to repack all our luggage on our way to Japan

Comfort with the beds could be improved a bit, they were hard for me but overall nice and clean room!

I liked many things about this hotel. The cleanliness was great, the room size was big and spacious. We were given room service everyday without needing to put a sign out for it. The staff was amazing, they even called us a cab to the airport. The location was perfect, it’s next to a major bus stop where you can take many different lines, as well as a subway station. It has great restaurants and shopping near it and seems to be in the heart of Busan.

I can’t think of much to not like but I guess if I could suggest one improvement it’s that I wish the elevator wasn’t so slow.

The location was very convenient, close to many convenient stores and shops while still tucked away for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was exceptional and attentive, very friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was much bigger than I expected and made me feel at home. Props to the most comfortable sleep I had all trip!

I picked the room specifically for the hot tub in the picture but it didn’t have one. It came with a regular bath tub instead.

I think this hotel was an excellent value for the price. It was remarkably clean like you could eat on the floor. There is a free coffee machine and an rooftop terrace upstairs. The huge TV in the room connects to your Netflix if you want. They give you all kinds of products that you may need. The little balcony in my room was lovely - it was too hot at that time but it would be great to have a little later in the season

There was a message posted on the wall of my bathroom indicating that the toilet would be say… fragile (do not throw paper) and it was indeed. I had to ask for help which is embarrassing. And while The lady at front desk who was there when I arrived and left was very nice, the two men working there at night would barely say hi to me, they only in reply after I said hello, If I said nothing they did not even look at me. So imagine asking for help with a toilet… yeah that was embarrassing. Maybe something to improve.

Room was nice and spacious, towels changed every day and perfect location near metro and close to many restaurants.

Nothing, it met expectations!

Location is very convenient, close to a metro station with a crossection of 2 lines. Before coming to Busan, we didn't realize how important this was! The rest was typical. Polite reception speaking only a few English, clean room with all the amenities, etc. Nothing to complain in general!

The nicest room I was able to enjoy during my visit to South Korea. The room was large, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was so kind and it was walking distance to all sorts of great restaurants and to the metro.

Centrally located which means you can hear people and karaoke at night. Make sure to bring earplugs.

Excellent location. It was only a couple of blocks away from Seomyeon station so it was very convenient to take the metro to/from Seoul station and to other places in Busan. It was also great value for money.

The bed and pillow was extremely uncomfortable, check in at 16:00 is a bit annoying.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was small, but pleasantly decorated with new and clean looking finishes everywhere. There seemed to be live plants on every floor. The open rooftop deck was a nice extra. It was in an area of the city with lots of restaurants and nightlife, but quite a distance from the main train station.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, but we made them work.

If there is a microwave and water filter then it will be perfect
