    Pros +

    • The location was perfect. There are two access options: the ramp if you have luggage, and the escalator if you’re coming from the walking street. The room has plenty of space for our group.
    • Good location, close to shops and markets but in a quiet corner of the area. USB chargers from the reception desk. Friendly, helpful staff.
    • Central and near shopping. Room was kept clean everyday by room service.

    Cons -

    • All-Korean panel of TV remote controller... I need a comprehensive room manual in English : )
    • Very thing walls, you can hear everything. Water in the pipes, children running upstairs, etc. Lots of mosquitoes in our room. Weird mirrors at the head of the bed.
    • Staff was so helpful, kind and speak great English. The location is great

Location is the best we can get for this price. Walking distance to 2 big traditional market and fashion shopping street

Staff was so helpful, kind and speak great English. The location is great

Location was amazing. Lots of shops right below the hotel but it’s tucked away so it’s still quiet.

More hooks and curtains n the shower would keep clothes dry.

The hotel is quite central, located in the middle of shops, food and drink, an area with a fairly young atmosphere for eating and drinking.

Please bring towels for the shower as they are small.

The location was excellent. It's right below Busan Tower so you can walk or take the escalator there with ease, convenience stores are less than a minute away, numerous stores and restaurants around, bus lines are central and Nampo station of Line 1 of the metro is within a 5-minute walk. The room was cleaned daily and water provided as needed

When I first arrived there was some cleaning that wasn't done (specks of mould on the bathroom ceiling) but that was fixed the next day.The bed was quite firm and lighting dim in certain areas.

The room and bathroom were very spacious—especially for the price. Compared to similar stays in Seoul, this hotel offers more room at a lower cost. The location is excellent, right on a lively shopping street with easy access to food, shops, and transport. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with directions and extra towels when requested. There’s an escalator entrance at the back of the building, which helps with access if you’re carrying luggage or have difficulty with stairs.

The hotel appears to be more of a love motel. This wasn’t mentioned in the description and might not suit all travelers. Noticed that most guests seemed to be local couples. The walls are extremely thin, you can clearly hear conversations (and sounds of lovemaking) from neighboring rooms. The mattress was very firm, almost like sleeping on a wooden plank. The toilet was loose and rocked slightly when in use, possibly due to an uneven floor or poor installation. It also had clogging issues, though there was a plunger conveniently placed nearby—suggesting it’s a recurring issue. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak as well. Room cleanliness could be improved. The matte black walls showed dust and marks, and a simple wipe-down would’ve helped. As mentioned, it's located on a hill. If you're traveling with someone who uses a wheelchair or has limited mobility, getting to and from the hotel might be challenging.

The location, very friendly staff was able to leave my suitcase there before and after our trip

It was moldy and smelled weird. The bed was hard

    6MelissaPosted on: 10-6-2024

    - Location- early check in available for 20,000 won

    - there's no water pressure for hot water AT ALL. You have to choose between Cold Water + Pressure or hot water but no water.- bed is as hard as a rock- small towels- hair dryer was not powerful- sandals were used before- big hill to get to property (there's a escalator behind the property, but it stops late a night)

Great location, good price for value. Room was comfortable.

Water in the shower was not very warm. Reception workers didn't spoke very clear english.

    2AaronPosted on: 8-9-2024

Location right in heart of local attractions and transport while being a quiet as it's well insulated.

Falsely advertising as disabled access. Do not stay if you have any issues with stairs as the escalator outside the building which is crucial to get to hotel is broken every night. Bed's are as hard as sleeping on the floor. Hot water system can't keep up with guest usage and ends up cold unless you shower after midnight when nobody else is using hot water. Staff suggested to run hot water for 20min before getting into shower just making the situation worse.

The room has a stinky smell and a lot of mosquitoes, also lice in the bed.

    9GabrielPosted on: 8-17-2023

The bath was so good… best one so far

Maybe if point out there needs to be guidance about the A/C… the remote is the same as the TV, so it’s be helpful to know that upon arrival

    8Najme B.Posted on: 5-22-2023

Very near to Nampo shopping street, BIFF food streets and Gukje market where you can shop for everything. Place is comfortable to stay.

Not really secure place to leave our luggage in the case of early check in. Hot water takes a bit time to heat as well for bathroom.

    9KityiPosted on: 10-24-2022

the staff was friendly and kind to let us check in earlier since there was empty room

this hotel is located behind shop lots and requires a walk uphill , while they are stairs on the side to go up the escalator, we had to drag our luggages on the hilly road as the taxi can’t drive up

When I arrived way too early, no one was at the desk. When I came back, someone was there and very kindly let me store my luggage until I could be shown a room. The room I was originally led to was big but dusty and depressing, and the bathroom drain there was totally clogged. The vinyl sofa was tattered and had pieces of tape on it, and visible grime in the seams, so that I didn't even want to put my bag down on it. I apologetically asked for one of the rooms with the layouts I'd seen pictured, with the slightly lofted bed area. To my relief, that's exactly what I got. I also wouldn't have wanted to go around the edges of this room with a microscope, but it was clean enough to feel comfortable, and the water went down the drain in the bathroom, no problem. Enjoyed the added bonus of a tub, especially since I did some ocean swimming while staying here.Something else I loved was a big desk area and a legit desktop computer! After I cleaned the gross keyboard myself with some wipes, I actually got quite a bit of work done.On foot, the location was just amazing - up in the hills of Nampo, tucked away from the main drag of shops and neighbored by fun bars and an elevated temple halfway up to Yongdusan Park with Busan Tower, and walking distance from the Lotte Mall, Jagalchi fish market on the waterfront, and all the rest. I'd gladly stay here again when in a certain mood - and it's certainly a great value.

One of the nights, we were woken by the echoing, barking sounds of someone having sex at like 3 a.m., but this wasn't under the establishment's control. A bit after this, though, a rattling fan noise kicked in and we couldn't figure out what it was since it wasn't our AC.Parking did exist in a small garage under the hotel, but was highly impacted and first-come-first-served so that it was a better idea to find a garage elsewhere.

good location and nice staff, enough space in the room and even a PC in it.

bed is quite hard and springy, could do with an additional matrass layer.

    7JuliaPosted on: 8-20-2022

Location was great - super close to shopping & restaurants! Staff was friendly and the room was well cleaned every day

The bed was super uncomfortable (at least in the standard room). It was really hard and lumpy and hurt my hips and shoulders while sleeping on it

    Great location, good amenities, clean.

    Nothing really.
