SongJeong Olla Hotel

Loved the proximity to the sea and other tourist attractions, convinience stores nearby and a bus stop not too far. I absolutely loved Busan (maybe more than Seoul) Also the bed was fine and the bathroom was big, had a shower and a tub.

I entered 3 adults and Booking gave me a room with a double bed. Don't know how that happened, so one of us had to sleep on the floor. Also, the electricity doesnt work when you leave the room so make sure to charge your powerbanks at night ?

Only the location

The service was very bad, our restroom was so dirty, we stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t even clean our room. It’s too bad for the price

Location directly at the beach, room was very spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money in Busan.

Problems to communicate in English with the staff, some parts of the hotel need a refurbishment.

The breakfast was exactly what was advertised no frills but good to get you going first thing. Location is excellent with the beach less than a minute away.

The ondol was a little hard to control but not a huge issue.

The staff cannot speak English but they were very supportive. There were laundry self-service at a reason price (2000 won per use). The room set up was a little bit confusing. For example, all power sockets are hidden behind the bed and closets and the button to turn on/off the lights are tricky. But it is very close to the Haeundae Blue Beach Train station. A bus stop is in front of the hotel and CU is right next door.

Cleanliness and location

Facilities. When I booked on booking,it said it had a bathtub and hot tub. I know that the hot tub is like a jacuzzi but it wasn't. Also, the bed was hard. The outside door kept banging loudly. It was hard to sleep from the noise.

The room was exactly like the photos provided. It was very spacious and clean. Bed's were really comfortable and because we went in the winter, the heater worked very well. Check in process was also very smooth. We also had a car and parking on the property was easy.

The water would get REALLY hot out of no where, while using it. The location of the property is also a little far away from everything. Even by car, there was always a lot of traffic to go trough to get home.

I liked free breakfast (eggs, coffee, toast, butter and strawberry jam, but it is what it is) as a service, free parking, great location (seaview)

Mattress is really hard, lights are dim (feels like the cheapest motel, was really different than photos), hair dryer broke down while using (probably was not the best quality), bathroom was not clean so we refrained ourselves from using it

The room was spacious and clean. The view was gorgeous with a perfect sea view!They also have a nice cafeteria where you can make ice coffee or normal coffee. And also other equipments, like warm water for ramen. It was the perfect stay for the perfect price!

They didn’t have a lot of choice for breakfast.

The location, the balcony is insane: huge and has a beautiful view.

Some staff don’t speak English at all, rooms needed repair. The biggest issue was the strongest canalization smell from the toilet out of the blue (I guess plumbing issue) it was horrible

Best thing about this stay was definitely the location and that was it.

After a long travel from Seoul, tired and hungry, as soon as we arrived at the hotel they told us they don't have rooms that can accomodate 4 people, even though on the booking reservation it was stated as a 4 people room. Then they offered us a room that hosts 4 people and asked us to pay for it (suddenly they found rooms for 4 people). We talked to booking.com they let us have our original room after 3h of waiting with our luggages in the hotel lobby.In 5 days, no one came to clean the room or bring new toiletries. 0/10Mountainside view rooms are extremely noisy from the people revving their engines all nightup and down the road.Also the staff doesn't speak english and trying to communicate with them is a total pain.

Fantastic location, literally a minute away from the best beach in Busan for surfing. But you can see the hotel is old and needs some extra cleaning.

The staff were lovely and had a quick check-in and later than most places check-out time. Location is also good, right by the beach, and there are many restaurants and cafes around.

Amazing room and facilities, the breakfast was very nice everyday and good location to get public transport and walk through the beach! Highly recommend

Best location and view

toilet:- bad smell and uncomfortable to stay. my kids can't to eat also in room!! we sit in outside because of toilet and I don't recommend this hotel

Location is great of u wanna stay close to the sea. Easy to find, grocery store is right in front of the hotel. Great coffee place also nearby. Room was comfortable, the bed was comfy

Staff members don't speak English neither we're trying to understand our Korean or even use a translator in the phone. The lady misled us and said there were no breakfasts and didn't even know about cafeteria on the second floor. Felt like she did this on purpose because my friend spoke Korean with her, I used a translator- didn't seem willing to help or communicate. I booked a room for 3 people. In the room were everything for two. No big towels.

I loved the bathtub on the balcony.

It was a little close to the railway and the beach, so we could hear the alarms and announcements going off late into the night.

The place is clean and well kept. Location is awesome; easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

The furniture was a bit dated.
