Hotel tt Seomyeon

It was clean and comfortable. It was nice having room service to freshen up the room for multi night stays

The location, convenience store and the spacious room was the only good thing about this hotel.

The room stank of bleach when we first arrived so opened windows fixed that problem.. the beds and pillows had stains and holes in the sheets, they are way too soft which was a struggle for a good night sleep.. on our last day we needed to do washing so used the laundry services… do yourself a favour do not even bother!! We had 2 loads trying to dry that kept getting wetter after 4 hours of trying.. wasted so much money trying to get them dry that I complained to the front desk and she pointed me to a laundromat that was 50meters down the road.. no compensation whatsoever for the amount I wasted. Went to laundromat and all clothes dry in 30 minutes for $6! The walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING.

Great location for visiting the city, close to major subway lines, reliable service when needed, room was relatively clean (but dated). Bedding was nice. Convenience store at ground floor of the buulding. This seems like a hotel meant for solo business Travellers.

Strangely rude man at front desk when we first arrived - though other staff during our stay were pleasant. Motion sensor lights in our room made for a very strange experience. If you're using the toilet, you must wave your hands every 15 seconds (I counted) or else the lights and fan turn off. Need to use the bathroom at night? Bright lights will turn on (good luck couples!). There's also no fully enclosed door separating the toilet from the main room...

its located near semyoung but its quite at night, it has a convenience store at the lobby and the staff was vey helpful. the room was clean and it was spacious

the one thing is that sometimes it gets crowed on the elevator but that was just bad timing and 2 times i had a to wait for a bus to go up the elevator about 50 guest around 10 mins. other than that everything was great

Excellent room in Busan. Very comfortable stay in clean and comfortable rooms. Good location to train stations and can easily get a taxi from outside the hotel. It also has a small convenience store to pick up snacks or any necessities you might need!Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay!

The bathrooms are clean but might need a refresher as it looked a bit like mold in them.

The location was very convenient. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious.

The lighting by the sink/vanity could be brighter. The combination bathtub and shower area had no wall or partition to prevent water from running off into the entire area and even to outside of the bathroom.

Check-in was easy, room was clean and spacious, location is great

The daily cleaning of the room was sloppy, the room tissues and toilet paper were not replenished, and the bed was not carefully made.

As tourists, we come back hotel late and start the day early, but the washing machine room operating hours make it difficult to use. Also, though we understand conservation of energy, the corridors were dark and only lit up when we pass by. As tourists, we were not 100% comfortable.

Location was convenient

The gym was in a narrow over-stuffed room with no ventilation at all...

There were good food locations all around us and there was a famous market with lots of street food and place to buy korean homeware, etc. Transportation was only 2 mins walk. There was facilities to wash and dry clothing.

The couch in our room could have been sanitised, i had bites on my legs when i sat on it. They would service and update the gym equipments.

Seriously aging in a need of a proper refurbishment.Uncomfortable bed. One person cannot move without waking the other.To hot in the room even with air con.Musty smell in the room

The hotel's lighting is based on sensor and it is annoying that the light will switch off after a while. The The gym area is situated near staircase and beside the laudry. clearly a makeshift facilities.I would not recommend to stay. Spoke with another tourist couple and we were all disappointed. The hotel is surrounded by many night clubs , so it may not be suitable for family with children

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk from Metro train station. Great food, cafe and other amenities. Clean room. Staff tried their best to help with queries.

A few more cupboard space would be nice. TV volume a tad loud though time to lowest mark but this is no game changer as we don’t mind not having the tv switched on.

Staff were v helpful n friendly.

Shower area could be separated from dry area as floor is,slippery when wet.

Hotel is centrally located. About 8 min walk from Seomyeon station. Eateries are conveniently walking distance around the hotel.Have a 24hr eMart in the lobby stocked with drinks and snacks.Staff is helpful with requests.

The bathroom motion sensor lights duration is too short. Keep turning off before could finish using it.

The waterfall shower head was nice and the bed was very comfy! Convenient because it's near the station and there's a convenience store in the lobby. Reception could also speak English and Korean!
