We liked the location of hotel, very closed to the ocean, shopping center , and restaurants.

Staff weren’t very knowledgeable about questions we raised, I.e., travel guide, transportation, etc.

Nice hotel with a good location. Easy to access public transportation, also the beach and restaurant area is near.There's also a whole street lined with cherry blossoms if you happen to visit during April.Sauna and hot bath were lifesavers after walking the whole day.

Great location, clean comfortable rooms and a bargain for the price!Could not control aircon without notifying staff. Was way too hot!!! Even after we went down and changed to cool during the night it went back onto heat.

Having the spa free for guests was nice. The spa hours were a little early closing at 9pm if you like to be out for a while but they open up early at 5am so there's time in the morning if anything. It's a small detail but I like the scent of the sea on the towels in the room. The surrounding area is nice and the mountain view side was quiet enough to have the window open if you wanted.

The biggest thing for me was having no control on whether to make your room hot or cold. It could be the lowest temperature and the room would be very hot because my room was locked to heat. I was sweating on my first night and hugging water bottles to sleep with the air conditioning off and window open because I couldn't have control of the air conditioning.

Disgusting

The bathroom was disgusting. I literally had lost my apatite. The toilet bowl is right next to the door and the door doesn’t completely close.The bathroom has disgusting corners that have turned brown-yellow-ish. Having to step on those really discomforted me.The interior design is exceedingly poor.The curtain is translucent and the room is all bright even in the night.The shower is also crazy poor. Doesn’t allow usage of bath bombs/salts.The staff had called me to be informed of the time I will be checking in and she was not that polite.I knew I would not get a refund but I just stayed one night and checked out, since it would be better off to sleep on the road.

Location was great, we traveled to Busan for 2 days and this hotel located perfectly in Haeundae area, next to blue line park and beach. Hotel stuff are amazing and friendly. There is a pretty good cafe downstate where you can find decent breakfast and a wending machine where you can purchase all the necessaries. There is also few convenience stores right next to hotel. I forgot my passport in the hotel and the hotel team was so nice and quick with sending it back to me to Seoul.

Facilities are a bit old, still clean and maintained

Great value for money. Good location, nice sauna and well equipped room. Great to stay and hope to come back.

It was good location and room was spacious. Also amenities were walking distance.

Frond desk was not open for 24hrs

I loved the hot spring bath in the hotel.

But the water in the room was also hot spring.It tasted like sea water, so I didn’t like to wash my mouth, taking a shower and gargle in the room.

I love the bath tub, if you are short like me 5'3 then you can swim around the bath tub. Definitely worth it.

No room service for food.

Sauna, restaurant, everything.

Front desk was friendly but less friendly than I expected. But very good. They could have explained the sauna a little more. The lockers were confusing for foreigners. The room was warm and there weren’t many instructions on how to manage the digital services.

SAUNA is a definite plus and free to hotel guest. That alone is worth staying here! Wonderful service. Airport bus is 5 minutes walk.

Bad quality for an expensive price.

the room was not as advertised in the images, the staff were hostile and rude, they gave a sheet of 'do not do this' at the start that read like borstal rules not hotel welcoming advice. The room was small and had no view despite the advertised images. The 'spa bath' was just a big bath tub. No sink in the toilet room. Breakfest not offered, and covid was still being used to explain this despite it being september 2023. Instead the recommendation was to buy food from the attached mini mart. Shockingly poor quality for the price they charged.

The location was very convenient and the room was a decent size for two people. Reception staff were polite and helpful.

Some of the power outlets in the room weren't working. The room wifi wasn't very reliable; sometimes it wouldn't work which meant I had to connect to the wifi from another room. As I was working, this was a little frustrating. There was a work desk that I could use (Superior double room), but there was no desk lighting and the lighting in the room was on the dimmer side.

Location near beach. Big rooms with good facilities

It was in a great location, very close to the beach. The spa bath was the best part of the room.

It got so easily humid in the room that I constantly had to turn the AC really high, and the bed was uncomfortable because it was always damp from the humidity. The bath faucet in the bathroom was dirty, and a toothbrush and toothpaste weren't provided. I would be charged extra for more towels even though I made a reservation for two people and enough wasn't provided. It was in an amazing location and the spa bath was great, but all in all, it was disappointing.

Good hotel located 5-7 minutes walk from Haeundae Beach. There is a bus stop nearby so you can easily and quickly get to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple.

The room was spacious and comfortable for two people and I enjoyed the fact that the bathroom had a bath!
