Convenient location steps away from. Biff Square, shopping and transit.

Stayed here in April and again in November and it seems the hotel has declined at least maybe my room. -Room needed a facility, curtains were ripped, towels had holes, mattress was lumpy and furniture was a bit worn. -No storage only hanging rack -Windows on need of washing

Room is being clean and change linen daily. Great bed and pillow. Water bottle always available in the refrigerator .

Easy access to the train line, restaurants and shopping.

It was a bit dusty and I had to asked for toilet paper because the cleaning staff forgot to put new one!

Great location, BIFF square is at the next corner, with all the nearby eateries, and Fashion Alley (all the international brands plus local cafes) is three blocks away. Jagalchi Market is two blocks away, the escalators up to Mount Busan are also a few blocks away. Bus lines to every other sight in Busan are just on the street outside, and Nampo subway station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Fantastic base to explore all of Busan (it is a big, spread-out city), from the seaside temples up north, to the lighthouse walk along the southern tip of Yeongdo (recommended), the Songdo cable cars and southern beaches. Don’t miss the drone show at Gwangalli Beach on Saturday nights. Friendly staff, the reception is on the 4th floor up the elevator. Convenience store in the 1st Floor. I didn’t eat the breakfast as I am vegetarian and they offer two kinds of meat porridge only. Still a great value. Friendly helpful staff.

Maybe a vegetarian breakfast option, even if it’s just a simple vegetarian porridge.

The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants.

The hotel room was not well lit and the floor mats were tattered and torn. The front desk was not responsive, had to call a few times before someone picked up.

Searched for a while for a hotel in Busan since most of the sites and areas of interests are spread out. I chose this hotel 4 nites, since it is literally walking distance to Biff Square, trains and buses. Biff Square area has shopping, restaurants, street vendors and do much more. Lotte Mall within walking distance. The hotel was nice, checkin staff very accommodating, you can even choose the pillow you want for your stay. Comfortable room, convenient convenience store and WOW pass machine in the lobby. I would stay here again to my trip to Busan. Highly recommend.

Very convenient location right beside BIFF Square, subway is not far away and many buses at your doorstep.Room was comfortably sized.Only hotel facilities was the massage chairs at the reception area.Overall good value for money.Staff were helpful.

The best location in Nampo , close to shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation as well.

None, except that we had a broken shower head that was not able to be fixed which caused slight inconvenience .

The location is great with access to both bus stops and subway station being very closed.Also close to shopping street and the fish market.

the location is absolutely fantastic - near the bus and train station, walking distance to jagalchi market, BIFF square, decent size rooms with enough charging ports and good bathroom shower. Some confusion on arrival on the first day - taxi driver didn't know where it was despite showing him the address in Hangul. The hotel starts on the 4th floor of the building and the lift entrance is not obvious when one is on the ground floor - it's between the Starbucks and the CU convenience store.

close to the metro. daily room cleaningstarbucks coffee in the same building as well as convenience store where you can buy a metro card and reload too. nail and massage also in the same building. close to BIFF market (night market) around the area are some sit down restaurants too. and shopping stores

room can get super hot. central heater control is set at 24C. we were burning up. when we open the window to bring in some cool air at night, it wasn't much help because of the depression of the window structure from the building, and it more noise from the busy street that you get rather than cool air. only 2 choice of breakfast abalone porridge vs pork bulgogi. breakfast service only from (8-9:30). in my opinion 8am is late, but mostly everything in the area does not open till 8am even Starbucks.

Close to Biff. Train stop.small convinience store downstair. Surround eating places. Clean and make bed everyday plus two water bottle in frigde as complementry

The only hotel that i travel and book a room with breakfast and they only offer breakfast for ONE PERSON of a couple in the room. The other person have to pay for breakfast. WTF. Then, middle of the night, i felt water drop on my face, it was aircon. On top of my bed condensation and drop down ...that's it. Should i say more...laundry! the hotel contract out to do laundry and it cost $ 4500 won ($ 5 AUD) to wash one pair of sock or 9500 won for a T-shirt. Or 18000 won for a jean. If you want to spend a couple hundred dollars for one laundry, go ahead but not for me.

Breakfast thou was only 2 selections but food was delicious. Location was very convenient.

Room aircon cannot be adjusted and was warm. Have to open up the window to let cold air in.

The bed was so hard, very difficult to sleep on. The bathroom was also very small.

No breakfast provided. 2 Coffee machines are available 24h. Very convenient for sightseeings by bus or subway with many eatery & restaurants, markets, underground shopping malls, shopping streets within walking distance.We stayed on 10th floor with a view of Busan Tower.

We stayed 7 nights & had given instructions to receptionist to tidy our room between 9 and 10am daily. There were 2 days when we returned in afternoon and our room was not tidied up.
