- I booked the room overlooking the harbour and it was a good decision. I enjoyed the view a lot. The room is comfortable for a solo traveller. I can get more water bottles whenever I need at the self-checked in box at the front door. They responded instantly when I need help.

- They have a self-checked in system, it was a bit confusing if I didn't have anyone helped me to check in. Luckily, I someone helped me with the check-in.The way the room designed is a bit odd to me as the washbasin is outside of the bathroom, right in front of the bed. I had to be careful not to splash water outside.
- It was a bit difficult to find the hotel. (Actually I got lost at first) The staff didn't speak English so it was difficult to communicate...
- It's not squeaky clean but it's acceptable.

The hotel was centrally located yet quiet on the 13th floor, with a direct view of Busan Tower and the city. It’s very close to bus and metro stations, and just across the street from Jagalchi Market. There are also plenty of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby. The staff spoke perfect English, was incredibly helpful, and always cheerful whenever I saw her.
It's not squeaky clean but it's acceptable.
