Other staff is not accommodating (lady) however the other 2 are approachable.

The bedroom and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. The staff was especially friendly! We got food poisoning the night before we were supposed to check out and the staff at the front desk were more than helpful in directing my friends to the nearest hospital and pharmacies. They also allowed them to stay in the room a little longer past checkout. We were all extremely appreciative of their help and understanding ♡♡♡

The sliding door to the bathroom seemed to get stuck when trying to open and close. Not a huge deal though, since the glass for the toilets and the shower are opaque enough :)

The hospitality is something that can be quickly appreciated at this hotel :). Clean and addressed all the needs required.

There should be some more maintenance done to the rooms itself. Like painting the tables where they sit everything or looking at the finishes of the walls, that way things can look even more appealing.

The staff was very helpful and understanding, spoke great English. The hotel is in a very good location as it has all necessary things within 500 meters. The room was neatly done and was really comfortable to share with my friend.

No bad comments, everything was perfect.

Clean and functioning facilities

The hotel’s location is perfect, it only takes about 2 minutes to reach Busan Tower, just a short walk up the stairs! It’s also very convenient to get to the nearby busy area; Nampo Station is about a 5-minute walk away. I’m very satisfied with the location.

The only downside is that the bed is quite firm. On the first night, I had trouble falling asleep, but after that, I could fall asleep because of I was too tired from the trip.As previous guests have mentioned, the hotel only provides small towels, so if you prefer large ones, you’ll need to bring your own. Also, the air conditioner’s light might bother those who are sensitive to brightness, so wearing an eye mask could help.

Clean comfortable, great location. Spacious room.

We LOVED it. Everything was great. Very clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. We had a problem with the toilet and they fixed it within an hour or so.

It was clean, I liked the amenities they gave us, the room was big and nice.

The matress was very firm, the ac had a light which was pretty annoying during bedtime.

It was in a central location and so unwelcoming that it forced you to see the city.

Strange stain and burns on bed and counters

Location is good!

A/C is noisy, the mattresses are incredibly hard, and no small table in the bath room to put something.

Wonderful, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. We appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. A TV with Netflix was nice to have for a relaxing night.

In the neighbourhood of some good places, food etc. Enough space and clean.

No problems or dislikes. Didn't really interact with the staff but they were friendly. That's why i gave the neutral face as rating. It would be handy if there's some place to hang wet towels.Watch out for the slippery shower floor!

We had a truly excellent stay at SOYU hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The curtains were blackout which made for restful nights. So many included amenities and freebies. Highly recommend staying here. Luggage storage was really convenient. Very walkable location tons of shops and restaurants. Thank you!

We stayed 4 nights and all was well. We easily reached the buses and many markets and shopping facilities were in the near, and Busan Tower too. The room was well equipped and cosy, we slept well. We had parking facility in the garage and the staff was nice and helpful if we need something.

Good location, easy check in and check out, comfortable beds and lots of amenities such as skincare, comb, razors etc. if needed.

Rooms were overheated

Great location. The room was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They could improve the lights and maybe have a lamp beside de bed.Otherwise, it is a fantastic location, and staff friendly.

It was good. It didn’t exactly look like the photos and the hallways had a bit of a smoke smell but it was a good and comfortable stay with a great location.
