The location was perfect and included convenient parking. The staff was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to stay a couple of extra hours for an additional charge while we were dealing with a sick family member.

Very close to shopping and restaurants. Same vibe as Jongno in Seoul.Room was spacious, bath space and toilet were separated, our room had a jaccuzzi and an LG styler which was a nice treat. A little odd, but there was a gigantic LED TV and PC in the room —an unexpected surprise

I realized that the property may be used for other activities other than just being a hotel. Check in is at 6pm (but ask the attendant and they allow early check in for a fee)

dirty room have big cockroach in the room and it was disappeared cant solve all the problem let me stay in that room without any solution, and no response after at all.

Very centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the MRT station, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with great facilities. Perfect stay for both comfort and accessibility — highly recommended!

The accommodation was great and clean. Every day we got new towels and the room was fully cleaned.

Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain.

Great location; just 10 minutes away from seomyeon station. Plenty of food, shops and convenience stores within minutes of walking. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and provided many amenities. One of the most lavish hotel rooms for quite a low price. Staff was very friendly, and tourist friendly, as I only spoke in english.

Provided breakfast quite limited; but since it's free it's not that bad. International meal; eggs, ham, bread, cereal and milk.

Well located for Lotte department store, markets and bars. Close to the underground rail.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Busan, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. Public transport is just steps away, and the neighborhood itself is lively and walkable. The washing machines were definitely a big plus and the LG styler was perfect for refreshing clothes after a long day out. The room and floor heater were very nice and warm especially since it's winter.

While 1 staff member was helpful, overall service was inconsistent. Some staff seemed unwilling to assist and inattentive, which was disappointing. The buttons for requesting service did not work so I had to personally request housekeeping every time. I requested housekeeping 3 times (3 different sets of staff) but my room was only cleaned once during my 5-day stay. When I requested bottled water and towels (since they didn't do any housekeeping), sometimes they would bring it to my room but other times they told me to come downstairs to get it. It really just depended on the staff and their moods, which was just such a whiplash. On my last day, I ordered an Uber but since the hotel entrance is located in a small alleyway, the driver had a hard time coming in. I asked the guy at the reception to help me talk to the driver and lead him in since I didn't know any Korean, but he refused to and said he couldn't help me.The photos made the room appear larger than it actually was, so I recommend checking the size specifications carefully before booking. The air-conditioning unit had noticeable (black?) dust buildup, which could have been better maintained. However, the rest of the room was clean and comfortable.

It was very close to subway and bus stops. Right beside Lotte Mall. Room is spacious, bathtub was a plus, clean room and daily water supply.

There is only one dryer available in the common lounge hence have to wait for our turn to dry the clothes as the wardrobe in our room didn’t work.

Located in the bustling area of Seomyeon Station in Busan - right behind Lotte Department Store and across from Seomyeon Market.On the second floor, there are two 24-hour washing machines and one dryer. However, the washing machines are quite small, handling only about 5–6 pieces of clothing per load and taking 47 minutes per cycle. The dryer is standard household-sized and takes 2 hours and 5 minutes.Also on the second floor is a self-service dining area, open 24/7, with a coffee machine. However, guests are requested not to eat there. In the morning, a small selection of eggs and bread is available for self-preparation.The housekeeping staff work hard to keep both the rooms and common areas clean, and the rooms are tidy and well-maintained.

The hotel is quite different from YTT Hotel in Haeundae. It feels more like a motel, with a narrow entrance and an unattended luggage storage area. Some front desk staff are diligent, while others are often absent and take around three days to respond to booking website messages.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and restaurants. The hotel had a washer and dryer to use (free of charge) and had laundry detergent.

There was a cockroach in the room right when we opened the door. The hotel staff did give us a different room upon request. It took a long time for the dryer to completely dry our clothes.

Check-in was fuss-free. Location was good - it was very near the metro station. Room was generally quite clean and spacious. There are good food places around the hotel.

There was a funny smell in the sink located in the room and we had to change our room. While the hotel was very accommodating, the only other available room was a twin room which was not ideal.

It was close to Seomyeon Station and in the centre of the city. The facilities mentioned on the advert were present on the hotel.

Very good rooms, with a bath tub for 2 people. Amazing amenities kit, very clean, good position.

The receptionist was helpful and booked two taxis for us.Laundry and dryer free.

The breakfast included is not really one, eggs and bread that you have to make yourself, very disappointed.Only hand towels available.Not a family hotel

A really great hotel to stay in and it meet all of our needs, offer a light communal breakfast, short 5 to 10 min walks to buses or subway. lots of cafes a choices of where to eat. We were really satisfied with our stay.

For us our needs were meet however, with having a communal provided breakfast, the atmosphere was at times uncomfortable as many would miss out because the breakfast items were not adequately available.

Very central position. I have never seen a room that offers so many tools and things for such a little price. (We had the deluxe room) We had hairdryer with straightener, hair brushes and hair spray! Face cleaning products such as toner , emulsion. We had a jacuzzi bath! And to end we had a super technological wardrobeTo dry and iron your clothes whilst in it! A huge tv with Netflix and a computer. The room was also super clean

They have so much technology and facilities but they only have face towels and not bath towels and it was difficult to get dry!

The kitchenette is not attached to the room, but it is communal. There are two induction burners and two pans for every guest in the hotel to use in the hour it is open. With no way to clean them in-between guests. They provided one dozen eggs and some bread for the entirety of the hotel guests, which you have to prepare for yourself. Getting breakfast is quite difficult. I was able to get 1 egg and 1 slice of bread one morning out of the three days we stayed ( reserved for 7 nights.) Had to check out early, because there was a yellow liquid seeping up through the bathroom floor drain. Floor was always wet turning the towels yellow with a bad smell accompanying. The city veiw was a wall and window of the adjacent building. There was a tub, but not a hot tub as listed in the room details. I would stay as far from this hotel as possible. The night front desk clerk was nice. The other day staff were very unhelpful and acted like we were bothering them. I dont think they ever checked us out. waiting for customer service to try and rectify these issues. Room did not match description on booking.com

Incredibly good value. Very well equipped room (I had a mysterious heating cupboard that helped me with my laundry!). Massive telly, big bath, comfy bed.

The breakfast room wasn't very well equipped with bowls, so I had to do most of my eating out of the paper cups. It was free though.
