The location is great, room has good space and no complains and at all!

A little bit hard to get the attention for inquiries from the front desk man. But it’s not a bad thing.

The location is great a few minutes walking from the closest station and access to bus/metro, great value for money, room had a fridge / boiler and toilet had a bidet.

The hotel only gave us small towels and no big towels for the shower, but they would swap them daily so it wasn't a big deal, just a minor inconvenience.

Great location just off Mampo station, close to local attractions, Restaurants and metro. Double glazing so the exterior noise was blocked however we could heard quite a bit our upstairs neighbours. Large, impeccable room.

The towels are tiny and the blue toilet light at night was quite annoying. It would be good to have a top bedsheet rather than only the duvet as the texture was quite unpleasant to sleep.

The Location is very good.. near bus stop..jagalchi market dan many tourist spot...the room is big enough..

Great location, cheap rates, spacious room

The entrance is through a small door in the covered parking lot at the back. Check-in counter is just an unmanned window and when someone finally showed up, we showed our passport and they did not ask a single question, handed us the room key and a "bathroom kit" with lube. The hallways are pitch black with shiny silver doors. The room had two PCs, a TV (for inspiration?) and what is supposedly a jacuzzi.The cleanliness was very questionable: a little bit of hair everywhere, a full cookie under the couch, the used soap and opened tube of toothpaste from the previous guest (or maybe it's a shared amenity?) and the steam from the shower revealed full handprints on the bathroom window, "car scene in Titanic" style. There are many towels but they are comically small. Probably enough to dry certain parts of your anatomy but more challenging for your whole body. There were two beds but only one was made (they probably didn't think we'd need to other one). Light switches are on the opposite side of the room from the beds and good luck getting back to bed without hitting anything, because the room had no window, so you can't see anything.Next day cleaning left the bathroom and toilets flooded and brought new hair in new places (although the cookie was gone).You draw your own conclusions but my mother and I left after one night even though we had paid for 3 non-refundable nights. For the same price, we stayed at a different hotel that was more of a "conventional" hotel.

A superb location near to shopping street

The location is great. There are convenience stores and currency exchanges nearby.Great place to eat and massageThe hotel rooms are quiet and well soundproofed.Towels and water were provided in abundance, and the bathtub was a jacuzzi, which was nice.

Although the front desk staff couldn't speak the language, they smiled and managed to communicate using a translation app.They also called me a taxi for the return trip smoothly.

-Location is great, few min walk to train station, bus station and biff shopping area.-Bathroom and toilet bowl area separate-free few bottles of mineral water and some can drinks- free luggage storage but did not do any recordings, lucky luggage not missing/stolen

-Bathroom & toilet room door not lockable-Bath tub drain rusty, dare not use-Counter staff not friendly-no wardrobe, only hanging rack-shower towel is small like face towel- not enough power sockets to charge for 5 pax.-lighting very dim and aircon like not working. have to open window for some fresh cold air.

Location. Quiet. Clean.

No floor rug/mat in the toilet. My girl slipped as she stepped out of the bathtub. No bath towels (we were given small towel similar to hand towel) Not an ideal place if u r travelling with teenagers as the "wall" between the room n toilet is frosted glass - practically u can see everything. The room is clean n essential toiletries r provided.

The location, the size of room, the staff and materials in the room, the heat of room, the sound isolarion, the size of bed and one of the receptionist who can speak english was great. Especially price/perfomance rate was so good.

Room wasn't perfectly clean. Not dirty of course, but not a perfect cleanliness.

Convenience, good location, many restaurant many shopping nearby.

1. Not suitable for families as it is a LOVE hotel. I booked last minute and overlooked this in reviews.2. Cigarette smoke was coming out of the vents in toilets every evening3. Reception was unfriendly. 4. We booked for 4 adults but were given 3 beds (1 queen and 1 single) the other had to sleep on a futon. Pictures appeared that it sleeps 4 on the bed5. The bedheads and bathroom amenities were dusty and dirty. 6. Computers in bedroom don't work7. We request 'do not disturb' sign at the door, the cleaning lady still enters the room to replace towels and remove rubbish. Make sure your belongings are locked even though nothing was taken. 8. Our room was next to the large commercial airconditioning system from next door and runs till midnight. It was noisy if you open the window. 9. We were bitten. Not sure whether there were sand flies coming in from the opened window (winter!) or there were bed bugs in mattress or pillows. Thankfully it was only for 4 nights!

Location was great

Very dirty. Hair in the bathroom, we all got a rash from the bed sheets that we’re stained, very unsafe for children as windows opened up completely and had no locks + a couches pushed up against it for easy access to jump out. Cleaning staff didn’t clean our rooms when we asked and we often found them lying around on the floors of empty rooms emetic snacks and watching YouTube m.

Location was amazing! Right in a centre of everything, in a walking distance to many attractions and a minute away from the subway.The apartment was clean, we were getting bottled water every day, we could store our luggage after the checkout, the reception staff were very nice.

Large fully equipped room, including a kitchenette, large bathroom and bath. Excellent location close to everything.

If anything rooms were a little outdated, and maybe a lack of services.

That’s very good from price point and shopping and sightseeing, Silent to have good sleep. we just walked to Lotte dept store within 5 mins., 3 mins to subway exit 7. Closed to Busan Tower and shopping street and a lot of food to choose. Exchange store in there . Everything is ready for you.Taxi to 甘川， 松島，五六天空步道 just need 10 mins.Highly recommend. I take a bigger room 705 & 706 excellent.

The toilet and bath room are always wet after cleaning

excellent location, easy check in and super spacious roomquality-price makes sense.

overall cleaning: hairs on common corridor/hall; the first night we were there there were hairs in the shower drain, the next day they were removed; although we put the do not disturb sign, eveyday they went in (we understood that it was because of the toilet paper) but the cleaning was not consistent. AC is super noisy (we saw other people complain aswell on other rooms); worst thing for us was the tobacco smell, we immediatly bought air spray and tried to ventilate the room with ac+window+fan when we were inside but the smell is persistent. we think the hotel needs a deep cleaning :/ so overall our confort was impacted by this

The rooms were very clean and tidy. Very spacious and a lot bigger than we expected. All facilities were excellent.
