MS Hotel Haeundae

The view, the proximity, the heated flooring, and the space in the rooms. Many buses, trains, and beaches nearby!

Not much to complain about.

Not enough bathroom counter soace

It was a Sea view and totally out of my expectation. The whole room was bright and sunny and get total sea view as seen in pic. Customer Service were really polite as well. Beach was just the road across!!!!!!!!

We were given different information of the limousine bus stop... One inform it was right in front of the hotel but one staff mention is further up the street. Kinda of confuse and we ask another staff... so 2 vs 1 we follow the majority and we were right. :D The limousine airport busstop is right in front of the hotel.

The location and staff, very fun place to stay for vacation in Busan!

The location is near to Haeundae market, beach and 7 mins walk to train station and right in front of the bldg is the bus stop ( airport bus limousine too). The hotel I think they just renovated which is really nice. The bed is comfortable and well lighted. Even though they only have one elevator I didnt encounter any problem or didnt took me so long to wait for it.

Ocean view room. Haeundae beach was lit up with Christmas lights and it was the perfect view!

Location. It’s by the beach and conveniently located next to a lot of stores and restaurants. 100% recommend getting the beach side view rooms, worth it!

There was one elevator so not as quick to go through the hotel floors. Also, the aircon in our room needed more cleaning. It was dusty.

The view! The view! The view! Beautiful, light-filled room overlooking the beach below. Absolutely gorgeous. And right out the door you're in the thick of all the action, easy walk to restaurants, cafes, the beach. The room is comfortable, clean and offered all that we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The only drawback was that there's only one elevator, so it's often in use which causes delays and back up.

I love how conveniently located it was, Haeundae Beach, Busan Sea Life, shopping, and Busan X the Sky. It was easy to get around no matter the time.

The bathroom was the only issue. The vent didn’t work as well as we wanted. Also, it was different turning on the light outside and away from the bathroom. Everything worked fine, it was just different. But a great learning experience.

Gorgeous view of Haeundae beach. Perfect location being near the main strip, opposite the beach with plenty of places to eat, drink and buy souvenirs. Easy to find and navigate to and from. Staff were super friendly and helpful when we left our luggage in the lobby between arriving and our check in time.

A little bit smaller than anticipated, however being on the beach front it's understandable. On the listing it states there is a washer and dryer, however I didn't realize/it wasn't stated that it was located outside of the room and had set usage times so that was a bit of a let down as when we returned from the beach we needed to wash and dry our salt water ridden clothes but were too late to do so.

The friendly staff, close proximity to the beach and restaurants, excellent ocean view and clean room.

It was unusual not being able to flush the toilet paper into the toilet; instead, we had to put it in the trash can.

We really loved the location, smack dab in the middle of all of the action of Haeundae. You walk out to the main street behind the hotel. It all really comes alive at night, with tons of people walking, eating, shopping, chatting well into the late hours of the night when it is cool in this lovely beach town. The room itself is a comfortable one with a king bed, a little table and two chairs and a wall of windows with a direct view of the ocean and beach. The staff is amazing. There is a microwave, free cold water and ice in the lobby with a table where you can sit down and eat a meal you heated up. The hotel shares a building with a UH stay place that leases apartments. The hotel is on the middle floors from 4-7 where the lobby is located.

Location is perfect. Sea view is good.

Room feels a bit smelly.

The room was big and clean… and the ocean view was amazing! great location right in the middle of Haeundae Beach.

Maybe if I’m being picky- the entrance is easy to miss if you’re not looking carefully.

The hotel is just across the street from the Haeundae Beach and next to the restaurant/shopping district, very convenient.

There is only one elevator in a building that's shared with another hotel/apartment operations. There can be a long wait when there are a lot of guests. Also the windows are quite dirty, I wish they cleaned them so we could have a clearer view of the beach and ocean.

Cute rooms with amazing views of the sand and beach. Centrally located in Haeundae Beach with the tons of restaurants and snacks around the corner. The room was clean and comfortable and a great value. I’d definitely stay here again.

There is only one elevator so you might need to wait a bit during busy times. The bathroom does not have a separate shower stall so the bathroom floors get wet after you shower (hotel provides bathroom slippers to wear). There is also no counter space in the bathroom and only one towel rack to hang toiletries bag.
