The shower wasn?t great. There was a half door with no shower curtain and the shower head moved a lot.

Great location - easy walk to beach, trails, shops, street market.

Selected this hotel as it had rooftop pool- but it was not open the whole time we were there (it¿s unclear when it is open/closed). Also learned that if it was open, you had to pay to use it. That was unexpected and disappointing based on my expectations

The location was awesome!!

The AC did not work consistently and the beach noise at night and from the roof party made it hard to sleep.

It’s so close to the gorgeous beach and some restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly with good English. I absolutely loved the lobby, the design and awesome working space.

The design of the shower was terrible, it’s hard to adjust and easily flooded the floor. The inside of the room had great view of the sea however the quality of the stuff in the bathroom needed to level up, a bit old.

It was clean, wonderfully decorated and close to many places around the area.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The staff was very nice and the rooms were large , clean and beautiful. I loved the size of the bathroom. The location was perfect, right on the heart of Haeundae Beach. Walking distance from most restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend it.

I loved everything about this hotel

We loved everything about this place. The ocean view from our room was incredible - you could see straight out to the water, and the beach was just steps away. We caught a beautiful sunset when we arrived.The room was spotless and modern, with a really comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. Coming from San Francisco and traveling around Korea, this has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far.Ji A Young at the front desk was wonderful - so kind and helpful. There are great restaurants nearby too, which made everything easy.We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The view was stunning. The beach was right on the doorstep - amazing.Location was right where we wanted to be. Easy access to tours, sights and places we wanted to visit.

Maybe a bigger fridge, for those who stay longer than a couple of nights or choose to have breakfast at "home".More laundry facilities, better driers - took nearly 2 hours to get clothes dry. Better ventilation in the laundry room.Most important - sign to the laundry should be way more visible. Current sign blends in with the wall - very difficult to see, took me a while to locate. Suggest a big white board on the wall with "LAUNDRY" in black.I wish the pool was open - the temperature was much warmer than my home summer.

-The furniture were sooo old and need to be renewed - the wall papers are sooo old- The pillows are uncomfortable at all- It was veeery hot at night and I called them and they said they will repair it after 2 hours .. at about 10 am it become called then at afternoon it becomes tooooo hot again .

The view and the facilities

They didn’t have a restaurant, they only have a veré. The coffee shop and restaurants downstairs has a weird schedule. And the pool was closed and on the web page didn’t mention that.

loved the location, the beach was in walking distance train station close as well, as were alot of the attractions, got some walking done without needing public transport we book tours to see other parts of Busan

we thought we would appreciate the night lights more than the beach view as we were out all day, but as it turns out not much night lights view not so great recommend to book the beach view room had to extra pay for toiletry no coffee in room just thought the little touches lacked

The rooms were very spacious and clean.

Even though we were told that we had access to the rooftop pool and bar, the button did not work in the elevator after tapping our room cards.

Close to the beach and the breakfast was delicious

Older facilities that they try to keep up by patch work instead of just redoing completely what needed to be done.

The bathroom filled with sewage smell, supposedly caused by lack of water in drains. Also the shower head holder was broken and couldn’t be fixed in place

I like the location because it’s just two minutes walk from the beachIt had comfortable beds

I didn’t like the parts that they switch off AC from 10 pm to 10 am and I really was feeling like suffocated and no, window do to openStuff is don’t helping with luggage was a bad part as well
