Haeundae Marianne Hotel

Amazing location

No hand soap, no toothbrushes, no microwave

Good Location.

No basic amenities in the room. We had to pay additional for the dental kit. There is No kitchenette or even a small microwave. Just kettle and couple of glasses & mugs.

It is a clean but cozy room at, a reasonable price for 3 people stay. But there was a bad smell in the bathroom after some use.

The facility was okay.

The staff at the reception, the day I entered was less than helpful. But in the later days, the lady receptionist was very courteous.

Excellent location. Easy access for transportation (bus and train). Comfortable distance from the food street and Haeundae beach.

The male front desk staff during the evening shift is not friendly. Even one of our companion speaks Korean with him. We were politely trying to ask if it is possible to transfer room from Superior Twin to Standard Double. He did not even tried looking if there is available room. He straight away said, no without explaining.

the welcome is a bit strange at the ground floor, this reminds you not to enter a hotel. also not so good was that 50 minutes before 3 PM no room was already available to enter.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. I liked the atmosphere. Whenever you went out, it was crowded and the restaurants were open. I also like street foods ^^

Reception went smooth, the view was as promised, the room was clean and comfortable, as were the bathroom facilities.

There weren't really any outlets available to plug in the water boiler or to charge electronics. We had to unplug the tv. The walls aren't very soundproof.

It is decent size of room out of 4 of our holiday accommodations. Located near the beach and the central walk strip.

Bed was comfortable, good location.

Room is very expensive for a 3 star hotel in Busan, however, during peak season, all prices get jacked up by threefold. Rooms had staining on walls and ceilings. Overall, the room was an ok size though awkward in shape. Amenities at a bare minimum. Sea view room had a slice of beach visible between 2 other hotel buildings.

The location (3-4 mins to the beach), the view from the balcony (beach and hustle bustle of Haueundae) and the price for that location.

Very close to the Haeundae Beach, niggt market and main street with lots of eateries and illuminations.Had a nice view from my top floor, lvl 20Comfortable big bad, room good size.Train station is walkable 10 min, bus stop is just outside. ATM and convenienve store is just outside

Old dirty carpet in a foyer and corridors.Mosquitos in a room on level 20?Ended up bitten allover as I opened window. Aircon was too cold otherwise.

The hotel was situated in a good location, walking distance to the beach and food markets nearby.

The hotel itself looked outdated and unclean. It really needs a renovation. When I arrived our sink wasn’t working and water was directly expelled itself onto the floor rather than down the pipes. Also, it’s an open shower meaning you have to shower in the bathtub, and water will spray on everything in the bathroom as there are no curtains and it is not enclosed.

Hotel is a bit tired, however they were refurbishing a few floors whilst we were there

The view was nice however few buildings blocking the view so unable to get good photos. Photos of actual views very different to what is advertised on website.

The couch was so soiled that everytime we sat and moved there was black things coming off on our white pants and the floor. Not ideal with a 2 and a half year old child.

The bad was nice, the location is literally perfect ?. Stuff was really friendly, and the bath was big enough for two

The bath was a bit dirty( however, just to be fair, there is a chance that it was me). The only problem was a strange negative atmosphere inside the room, that magically turned each conversation vibe to more negative side. Still, over I will recommend this hotel ?
