He would not type in our confirmation number with the booking and just got angry and spoke to us in a very mean drunken manner. I would like a full refund. I had to buy another hotel due to this inconvenience

I had originally booked 5 days of stay, but I checked out after 1. The pictures of the rooms and what you "get" is not the same. It was also dirty and the second room which I changed to smelled of cigarettes and I found ashed on the bathroom. The aircondition was also not working in my room.
NIce and big room with a very large (2 person) bath. very room and clean enough. For the price it was the best deal in Busan that day.
The finish on some things in the room could've been better. The breakfast was good, but very hard too find. Same goes for the entrence.
