Friendly staff. Quick check in/ out.

Did not have the Ondol room I was reserving available. This was one of the main reasons I made the reservation.

The staff are very thoughtful and pre-empt your needs. They are always ready with a warm greeting when you leave and return. They gave us heat pads for the Busan Fireworks Festival. Location is close to metro and walkable to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the bento breakfast delivered to our room. Simple fare of rice, side dishes and fruits. On our last nite, they left us a well wishing note and a traditional korea pounch.

Need more hangers. No place to hang our towels in the toilets. But they left a drying rack in our room, guess they saw us stacking our clothes on the 2 hangers. ? Would be good to provide a floor mat for toilet.

Good value for money. Great location if you want to hang out in Seomyeon, very close to the metro station. Staff very friendly and helpful. We got a breakfast box served every day as room service. Facilites and equipment ranges from older to new, a bit random, but it's all in good working condition and clean. Beds comfortable.Booking.com asks me about the view from this accomodation... Well, do not expect ~views~. This is not that place. It's on a street with eg. motels and scooter repair shops (in and some bars), so that's the view.It's perfect both for nightlife and for city vibes in general. Tons of restaurants and bars open at night nearby, and even more cafes and restaurants during daytime.

It was all according to expectations, nothing to note. Note that the breakfast is brought to your room somewhere between 8 and 8.30, so if you don't want someone to ring your doorbell around that time, do tell the front desk the night before.

Facilities weren't that clean when we arrive this mostly pertaining to the bed with hair on the pillows

The staff were always very friendly and courteous. They also left us little notes and made small gestures. It was definitely worth the money. Perfect loccation!

The staff was very nice. They came to your room with a bento box for breakfast and I loved that I didn't have to go anywhere to get my breakfast.

The bed was a bit firm, but I slept very well.

very poor lighting, so dark, can't event read. The light near the entrance is controlled by motion, so blinking continuously. No partition for shower, the whole toilet got wet after shower.

The staff were top notch. Provides timely breakfast, advices on places of interests, and assist to call for taxi. Ms Jung was exceptionally special, always anticipating, initiative and providing assistance - drying rack, plates and cutleries, and cute notes and farewell gift - making your stay well above a 5 Star experience. Room were made and fresh towels provided every day.

Lighting in the room is a bit dim.

The room was really clean with clean bed sheets, towels and bathroom. The toilet has automatic bidet which made it easier to use as the wash basin was in the room and not in the bathroom. We are given our breakfast in our rooms which is nice too. The staffs are super nice. It was so nice speaking to Mr Park who was very jovial. The other staffs at the reception were also very very nice always greeting us. A big thanks to the room cleaning lady who made our room every morning as we always leave it in mess. The hotel is a bit far from the main attraction but staying here was very nice. Subway is just a walk away so for me the location is good.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Because the staff spoke and understood English it made our stay very easy. The room was very well set out.

Beds were too firm but maybe that was because we are elderly. We really can't complain because we were treated very well.

Great location ! Seomyeon station only 2 minutes walk , big clean room with fridge and washing machine .water pressure is great, shower is a good entertainment ☺️ very fast wi-fi that my son can play mobile legend without lag , staff was super friendly? they made us feel like staying at home , they even give us small gifts before we checkout .their service is excellent ! definitely will come here if I visit Busan again ! Confirm won't regret !

The room was big and the location was great just couple of meters away from the bus and the metro stations. In our room we also had an electric toilet that was very handy. Last thing was that the breakfast was delivered on time in our door every morning and it was pretty tasty.

Location as it was near eateries and the metro.The room was clean, spacious and the furniture allowed us to put two luggages above the floor.The staff were very helpful, offering us umbrellas when it drizzled a little.

For the price, nothing.However I would give a higher rating if the room were brighter with better looking furnishings.They could have allowed a continental type breakfast for those who may not be used to local food in the morning.

Had a refrigerator and freezer, microwave and washing machine which were great to have! And the staff were very helpful and friendly! They left a nice little note and gift for us ❤️

Outlets were only on one side of the room which made it a little challenging for CPAP machine.

The hotel was very helpful; they provided heating, umbrellas when it rained, helped us book a taxi early in the morning,

We went for ten days, the hotel room was perfect for us with lots of space. It had a perfect bench for us to put our luggage on. Breakfast was a great way to get to try different stuff, we really enjoyed it! The area was amazing with so much shopping and the best food you could ever want. The staff are the absolute best part of this hotel! They made everything so easy and enjoyable. They were so friendly, had things at the desk for us such as umbrellas. It was my husband's birthday and I asked if they could just leave a little note. They went above and beyond and wrote him a very nice message and every wrote us another one on departure. They made cleaning days really easy. We had an amazing time in Busan but they were absolutely our favorite part and we will remember their hospitality for a long time! Also my husband is 6'3 and the bed was perfect for us!

Amazing hotel! The front desk people were amazing accommodating everything I need, in the day of my departure they left a little note for me. The hotel is central located - you cannot go wrong!

Breakfast and the little gift at the end was a nice touch. Good to have a drying rack for laundry and bed and pillow were firm and supporting. However, cleanliness could be improved - there were clumps of dust/hair and rubbish under the bed, and even on the window sill. Other than that, everything was good.
