Prime Tourist Hotel

The staff was pretty nice. The location was the best as it was in the heart of some local restaurants and 6 stops from Busan station.

The facilities weren't that great. There wasn't any iron and it wasn't the most comfortable place. I would say that this is more of an overnight place, not really more than that.

There is no heated floor in the room, no charger, no toothpaste or toothbrushes, TV only has its own channels, no other channels or YouTube, they didn’t give me a robe.

Everything was fine, the room, the bathroom, location next to the Busan Station, the ac worked properly (it was really hot outside). I can recommend this place.

The location was very good. There is a bus stop right in front, and it is around 5 minutes to Busan Station. It is also a 3 or 4 minute walk to a metro station.

When I booked through Booking.com, I chose a room with a single and a double bed. On the site it says, 'Good for 3 adults ', but the hotel considers it only for 2 people and charged us extra for the 3rd person. It was $10 Canadian per day, which isn't much, but when they aren't following the guidelines of the site you are booking with, it gets annoying.

Great hotel, close to the harbor where I needed to be. There is a busstop right in front of the hotel! Bed was super comfortable

The location is very comfortable. All the sightseeings in Busan are located in different areas and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel so you can get anywhere from there. For that price the hotel is okay.

Not very clean. Reality is obviously different from the photos on booking. It is loud sometimes at night, you can also hear neighbours. It was said that we could include breakfast for extra price but it actually was not possible, they said there is no breakfast…

Very easy to find, the staff were adorable, and the room very clean !

Receptionist was a little lazy to order taxi and told us just to wave one down off main Rd, but other than that they were welcoming. Easy check-in and out

The bed sheets had stains on them and carpet throughout room very run down, interior very dated but u get wot u pay for.

A very nice and quiet place to stay in Busan. The room was clean and big. The staff was friendly, not speaking in English but still we didn't have any problem. Cleaning service and clean towels on a daily basis. 30 minutes by walking to the city center. Everything was great.

Overall it was clean, comfortable and location is great (near station). There are convenient stores nearby. They have bathtubs in bathrooms too.

There was some smell in room and bad smell in bathroom. A little noise from railway tracks in the morning...I asked for a non-smoking room but I guess they gave me smoking one so it smelt.

Bed sets and the whole room in general were quite clean. Big TV screen available. Bathroom looking quite new and clean. Bed are comfortable

Windows are not soundproof at all. You can hear traffic all night and mornings....No freshener used. The room was probably unused for quite some time as the air was not smelling fresh inside when we came in... warm welcoming and bottles available in the fridge. All ameneties provided.
