    Pros +

    • Room was very clean and comfy.
    • Location and room comfort
    • Location is convenient for food.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was a little sparse, but it was a nice snack before leaving to go other places.
    • They do the check in at 6 pm too late.
    • I regret to say that my stay at your property did not meet my expectations due to several issues:1.Cleanliness: The property lacked proper maintenance. There was mold in the toilet, and a strong cigarette smell lingered in the bathroom, making it uncomfortable to use.2.Ambiance: The hotel was extremely dark, creating a rather eerie and unsettling atmosphere, which added to the discomfort of the stay.3.Inconsistent Charges: At the counter, we were informed check-in was at 6 PM, and early check-in would cost 30,000 won. However, we were charged an additional 10,000 won, totaling 40,000 won, when we checked in at 2 PM. This felt unfair and poorly communicated.4.Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was very basic, consisting only of bread, butter, and eggs. This was disappointing for a 7-day stay.5.Insect Bites: My family of three suffered insect bites during our stay, which indicates an issue with pest control.6.Overall Experience: The combination of the above factors—poor cleanliness, subpar amenities, and discomfort—made this a less-than-satisfactory experience for us.I hope the property management takes these points seriously to improve the stay experience for future guests.

The room was larger than originally expected and the place was quite spacious. The hotel is in a very good location and is near bus stations and convenience stores. Seomyeon station is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast is surprisingly hearty and well-stocked.

It was close to night life and the subway station connected to 2 major lines. There’s a Nearby underground shopping mall in the subway station, many stand alone stores on the streets, convenience stores and a department store which made shopping easy.

The hotel seems confused like it’s trying to cater to two very different demographics: tourists but also couples who need a nearby love motel so it gave weird vibes. The room didn’t look like the photos, it was very dark (even with all 7, YES SEVEN lights turned on) so you couldn’t even tell it was morning even with the curtains pulled. It had two doors before making it to the room which I have never seen before and It was dusty too, I feel like the darkness makes it so you can’t see if it’s clean or not. The layout was also strange and I got complimentary condoms???? which further solidified my thoughts. It made the stay feel icky. Breakfast??? was not was I expected, it was a small tiny area in the lobby rather than a Buffet style with tables like most hotels. It looked like something you’d see in a hostel so that was disappointing. I know from experience that with the price I paid I could’ve gotten a better stay elsewhere or at least one that felt more hotel-like so I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone tbh unless there’s a significant price decrease.

The star was nice and helping.

The room did not really look like the picture tbh but it’s was ok. Very small breakfast

    5DiwaPosted on: 6-26-2024

Great location, close to lots of good food. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Handy water dispenser in the lobby to refill bottles.

Cleanliness of the rooms were fine but the promptness and quality of service of housekeeping could have been better. They didn’t make up our room one day.

Very large room, loved the option of having an outdoor or indoor bath. Staff were excellent

    The room was quite dark

    8CatherinePosted on: 6-3-2024

Good location. Within walking distance to metro, shopping and restaurants

    Small towels.

    7CatherinePosted on: 5-22-2024

Location was good. Bathroom was large. Comfortable bed.

No fire escape, had a rope to climb down.

    8AnoukPosted on: 4-15-2024

Comfortable room, location is great. Simple but free breakfast in the lobby (toast/jam/juice).

Showerhead wasn't the best, so water everywhere in the bathroom

    5AlexPosted on: 4-3-2024

    Good location

Old, not clean. Love hotel. We did not complete the stay. Not comfortable to stay. We check out the same day

    4VingPosted on: 3-19-2024

The location of hotel is quite strategic, there are a lot of foods around the area. The good thing is lobby has prepared coffee machine free for customers.

The maintenance of hotel room is not promising as the sliding door of bathroom is not functioning well, it is obviously rusted and the mold is growing around the bottom corner.

    7JenniferPosted on: 12-30-2023

Close to the city. In walking distance of eating street.

The bathroom was dirty and starting to fall apart

    8UnknownPosted on: 11-27-2023

My room was spacious and had a spa bath.

They did not provide bath towels, I had to use the bath mats and the robs provided. This to me was very strange and unusual

    5NataleenPosted on: 11-27-2023

It was average, I wouldn't stay here again.

The air conditioner didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable, shower didn't work properly, and it was loud in the city.

    7WendyPosted on: 10-29-2023

The room has many available toiletries, even have iPhone and android cables and Netflix

Only one lift and it’s spoil upon arrival Need to wait for 20 mins more despite I arrived later then check in time.

    7BrittaPosted on: 10-24-2023

Located in seomeyon in a vivid neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and bars.

The attitude of the Personalwesen very minimalistic. My room had very little toilet paper and I seems as if the room had not been cleaned for quite a while.
