The location was very near to train station, a lot of shopping street nearby and the checkin process was really easy.

List is too long. It looks like a run down motel and I’m from USA I know a run down motel when I come across one. The beds were SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE and very VERY LUMPY. There was this weird leaking sound in the bathroom but I could never find where the issue is…. There is a horrible smell that comes from the bathroom. The refrigerator needs a huge deep cleaning or a replacement may be better. The walls and furnitures were completely worn through huge tears and wears everywhere you look. OH and the BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM CEILINH AND IN THE AIR CONDITIONER?!?! What the heck! I legit had to suffer not taking a shower for 3 days/2 nights plus be hot in room for I didn’t want the air to blow black mold on me. This place needs a huge makeover EMPHASIS ON RENOVATE THIS PLACE. Staff is extremely nice. That’s it.

Nothing, I guess the location wasn't bad as it was VERY close to metro.

I am extremely disappointed with this property, the facilities were broken, dated, and dangerous cracked tile everywhere in the shower. Unfortunately, the facilities are old, old and very dirty. In my room, there were large cracks one to two meters long (4-6 feet) across the walls, and there were a few dead cockroaches all over the room.The sheets were covered with a previous guest's hair, which was apparently not washed or cleaned, and the TV was broken or did not work in the room, which was told to me when I arrived by the owner. I was hesitant about the shower and my safety but he laughed it off and said it was fine. As I've lived in countries with outdoor showers I accepted it and gave it a try, I've stayed in rougher places, but when I tried to take a shower, I heard a cracking sound on the tiles and when I asked my evening/night manager about another room, he laughed and said he was fine and said there were no more rooms, and kept ignoring my requests. I asked for a clean sheet of bed and was told my room would be cleaned the next day.The next morning, I had to go down to the front desk and ask for a sheet and remind the desk staff. There was no note from the night manager. I have photo evidence of the room and bathroom, and I was very confused because it wasn't safe. I've reached out multiple times to the hotel asking for a refund in full or partial, and I've heard NOTHING back. I did not pay almost $100 USD for such trash. The amount I paid was not the service and treatment I expected based on that amount at all. See the attached photos. If you respect yourself, DON'T RISK IT HERE! STAY SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE!

I love how the location is strategic, you found the hotel after you coming out from the station.

The entrance was a bit sketchy, and it was raining at that time, so it was very wet.

Close to tourist area. Clean and all facility you need including electric kettle.

Nobody at the front desk at night. Guests leave room key at the front desk in the early morning. I worry about security a little.

Room was dirty, with used plastic bottles under the beds and dust in most places.It had a nasty humidity smell inside.Personnel in reception was not helpful at all, and shower towells were as big as hand towels in europe.

I like the location, it was very convenient to walking around and catching public transportation. The reception area was available to leave our luggage before and after our stay. The a/c worked well and the water pressure was wonderful.

It is an older property. It was clean, but showed wear. Sheets were clean, but the bed was very soft.

Very convenient location, close to the mall and train stations. Close to a lot of attractions. Rooms are large with a lot of storage space. Easy check in and check out.

Very well located hotel right by Nampo station. Also within walking distance to Busan Tower, BIFF square, lots of markets, restaurants and shops.Room was a good size, included a universal adapter and a very large fridge. Despite being located beside many shops and close to a main road, there was surprisingly little issues with noise.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so when you showered the entire bathroom would be soaked afterwards. There wasn't anywhere to leave towels or clothes while showering so we had to leave them outside the bathroom instead, and the floor would take a while to dry which was inconvenient for using the toilet.

Great location, only 2 stops from Busan station. Very near all the street markets. Room is spacious, well-equipped.

The room was very comfortable. I loved their bed. I also enjoyed the city center nearby. It was very easy to get to subway or bus station.

The pictures are not updated. I guess the hotel is using pictures from opening period which must have been long time ago. It is very old hotel and the elevator was little bit scary. We wanted to leave our luggage at the reception but nobody was there.

How convenient the hotel is to the subway, bus stop, shopping area, markets.

The cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was outdated and dusty.

Comfortable and clean bed. Spacious bathroom. The room had a kettle and a fridge. Good location. We also really liked the view from our room on the 9 floor.

The furniture in the room was old and chipped. Ceiling was dirty and had stains on it.
