Gnb Hotel

The hotel is in a good location and clean.

The staff is not very attentive and feels bothered when you ask questions. The coffee shop in the lobby has very rude staffs. We ordered coffees while waiting for a taxi and was asked to leave the table area because we ordered our drinks to go instead¿

Location next to market. Good location and in quiet area of Busan.

May be bit far from sites attraction but walking distance.

Hotel front desk staff were very helpful and communicated well, can see that they have been trained professionally. Hotel room was clean and room service was on point.

Location of the hotel - close to Kkangton, Gukje, and Jagalchi Markets. Close to BIFF Plaza

Shower curtain did not keep water off the floor well. Better system would help

A great place in an interesting area in Busan. Rooms are big, clean and well equipped - staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts are really tasty - you can try some local food too. No problem with luggage storage - we really recommend this hotel to everybody!

Good breakfast and close to shops and tourist attractions..

Its location close to outdoor markets and Subway were great. The breakfast was ok.

Small rooms and not having a twin bed

Loved it. Not much extra facilities but laundry was close by. Great location. Modern and great staff

I like the extra amenities but there wasn’t much. Not even water or coffee

Good location with multiple bus stops just a few minutes away. The room was not very big but we had 2 comfortable double beds. Breakfast was good too.

Staff at reception is not very welcoming but the breakfast ladies are great!

Perfect location in Busan, just 3 minutes walk from Bupyeong Kkangtong Market

The room was clean and had a very fancy toilet.

It is not easy to find your way. Getting to the hotel was difficult due to it being down small roads, thre are 2 buildings which is very confusing. Once we checked in to building A, we had to make our way to blocking B and find our way to the elevators then to our room. It was what we English call a faff.

The beds were a little hard

This property is in a really good location. Bus stops are really near and super easy to get around. Breakfast was delicious, good quality for good price. The people at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the gentleman that gave me heating pads for my legs, I was in pain from walking so much. The room was spacious and organized. They also give you 30% cards to use at their Cafe.

I must say I’ve NEVER slept on a harder bed!! It was like sleeping on the floor with covers. I woke up with back pain every morning. Even though I asked to make sure the tub was clean before my arrival, I found few hairs and a bit dirty (nothing that Clorox can’t remove), just needed a little but more detailed when cleaning.

Closet is too small, no place to hang the clothes. Dirty bed sheets and pillows cases. Found hairs on the bed .We were disappointed no complaints water on the fridge on the third day of our stay. No hand lotion on the third day of our stay. Too ! We have never seen a hotel which were very stingy . Too far from the subway .irritating sound many times make unable to sleep

Convenient location , just right infront of buppyeong kkatong market , surrounded by eatery .
