Located to the beach

no house keeping.no bath towels.We ask for some additional small towels,they didn't inform us we were charged at check out. The room key had your room number and code so if you lose your key someone can get into your room.Required to clean your own room.

Not a thing about the condo met my expectations!

The customer service was terrible!

We loved the spacious apartment. It was very clean. The location was great as we walked tro the beach, shops and restaurants.

The apartment was large and spacious but it lacked character as it was very empty. It would look nicer if it had plants, canvas prints, cusions, etc.

The apartment is beautiful, the view of the ocean is mesmerizing. We also really appreciated how attentive the property manager Gunho has been each year we have visited, he helped start the stay off in a great way and made us feel welcome. We will surely hope to be back next year.

Everything was wonderful. The location and property was great. The only downside was that the code to enter the building was the wrong one given to us. However, there was always someone exiting the building so we were able to get inside. The other thing is the trash/recycling container. There should be more containers, especially as you’ll have to throw out your own recycling. This would make it easier for sorting, especially as people who don’t know the system would find this overwhelming. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

The apartment was superb in many ways, great location and lovely views

It was great in many ways but also very strange. Once we eventually found the reception through the crowds of people it was a very unwelcoming experience like we were disturbing workers in an office. Half way through our visit the door entry codes changed and we weren’t informed (took half n hour to get in). Every morning new face towels were delivered but we never got any bath towels - never tried drying after a shower with a bag of face towels! And so the list went on, nothing really bad just annoying . Oh and they never answered my messages to the property

the mattress was so uncomfortable and size too small.the toilet was broken. the wall in a shower was broken.there wasn't big towel. the washing machine didn't workthe wi-fi too slow.

Location is great, close to the beach and shopping center/restaurants. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are spacious.

Communication with the staff was not effective even with google translate. Did not resolve my booking agreement and ended up paying extra.Also, extra blanket or pillow is charged as an extra person staying.

Main bedroom light didn’t work the whole time. Too few towels. Only two passes to go to gym/pool when we have six people in our room.

The space was very large in every respect and as a family of four, we all had our own personal space. Access was easy with the key codes. It was very quiet and easy to sleep. The location was very convenient to the beach and shops.

The property had the air of a failed real estate venture. “Condo,” in Korean, means “time share,” and you could tell that there wasn’t an owner occupying this, or likely very many, of the apartments. There was very little furniture, none besides a bed in the bedrooms, and nothing on the terraces to sit on. There were closets with space for many pairs of shoes. There were many things you were not allowed to use, such as laundry, dishwasher, or bathtub.

Only the location is within walking distance of main Haeundae attractions.

For the price I paid, the place was scantly furnished, things weren’t operational like cooking range and crumbling tiles in the bath tub. Washing machine had a sign not to use it. What is the point of having it but won’t allow users to use it? Other than a dining table, there were no other tables, and other than one sofa, there were no place to sit. SUPER annoyed.

Photos different to the apartment. No towels on the first day. Old facility. Clearly not a 4 star stay. More like 2 star or a motel

Washer and dryer does not work. Cannot really use the kitchen. Only had hand towels.

Great views and location.

Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. For such a nice place I expected better quality mattresses.

Master bedroom bathroom had multiple problems, neither the shower or the bathtub drained water so my parents had to wait an hour at night to take a shower. After they fixed the drain we learned that only hot water comes out so my parents again couldn’t even take a proper shower.

No towels and ridiculous rules for cleaning, plus no daily service. No amenities, no coffee or tea. No water or ice maker.

Hard to find reception. No staff at reception had to go to a strange office in horrid building. Took a while to figure how to open room door with password, very frustrating. In the room, the hardest bed we ever came across, floor is more comfortable than this bed, body ached throughout the stay due to this bed. No normal size towels, had to use hand towel for showe. Had to clear trash when leaving and curry it to a different building. Horrible experience throughout.
