Park Hyatt Busan

Nice price!

Check out time when i was notified at 12 pm, but i served it at 11 am.

beautiful location, we designed rooms, very modern and upkeep is great.

NA

The room was very comfortable, modern and stylish. Plus the staff was very friendly and helpful

Not much to dislike - the location is great for beach lovers and those who like walking and the outdoors, but it is a little far away from public transport

The view was amazing, our corner suite was a great room! Very accommodating staff.

The property was well-located, making it easy to walk to discover Busan. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again if our path leads us back to Busan!

Architecture design, friendly staff

The bathroom drain was blocked a bit

The room was large with high ceilings and a big bathroom. The view of the ocean was very nice.

Neither my family member nor I could close the toilet door. It was so heavy and stuck (I think this door would be almost impossible to operate for elderly people or those with mobility issues). The toilet bowl itself had not been cleaned properly after the previous guests.

Beautiful hotel, rooms, and amenities. The indoor pool was really nice, especially after a day in the summer heat. The hotel is in a good location, and is only a short walk to the train station and Haeundae beach. The staff at the hotel were all exceptional and treated us very kindly.

Food, amenities, staff professional and friendly Massage was excellent too

Some of the chairs in the living room were very worn out and did not meet 5-star hotel expectations. The smell in the hallway of the rooms need some type of air freshener system added to the ventilation, much like Hilton hotels always have a very nice scent when you enter the hotel and all through the property

Great location, easy to grab ride shares, close to the beach (can imagine it would be stunning in summer) and facilities are stunning with a great view.

Not much - the price of a coffee is ludicrous

Location

I won’t rate it as five star. It’s simple hotel without any fancy amenities. The lighting in the room especially the toilet was quite dull. Bedsheets were soiled.

It was a beautiful and comfortable stay. The hotel was extremely friendly. The pool was amazing. The only downside were that the cups were not big enough when we were having tea or coffee and the lighting in the room was little dim but other than that everything was exceptional.

Great views, comfortable, refreshing.

The TV cannot be easily linked to iPhone for mobile contents and access to movie appsSecond day, breakfast, we were told we would be given a couple seating with a sea view on 32nd floor after waiting for our turn. However, the seat was given to the guests after us. And the staff in charge on the 32nd floor told us she would give us the seat when available. We waited and when we asked her again, she had forgotten and was just patronizing us. Was disappointed.

Everything was 10/10, The staff are amazing, And it was my second time there, Best hotel in busan and I highly recommend it, Special thanks to Mr,Minjae and hopping to be back soon.

Everything was perfect.

- Sea View- Room are clean and nice- many things to see walking distance.

- Breakfast options were limited

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room decor was very modern and lovely.

The closet area can be a little bit brighter. I find it difficult to look for my stuff in my luggage as the lighting is too dim.

The window looking at the bridge is superb at night. Very close to convenient store. Good and clean facilities in the room and the staff has great english and accent too.

The bed is too soft for guest that has back problem, in other property especially 4 to 5star they have solution to make the bed firm. But nothing can be done on this hotel.

beautiful view from the room, in-room dining very appreciated, lovely spa with an amazing sauna and must try spa services; nice walk to Haendae Beach possible

location to the next public transportation not that convenient; generally quite pricy positioning

Excellent for honeymoon or renewal at a very beautiful wedding day party, and the staff always contribute to our help.

It's just a long way off.

The facilities and location. The view was amazing and the place for hatch tour was very close, 5mins walking distance
