Busan Business Hotel

Hotel staff were very welcoming and spoke good English.

Helpful and friendly front desk

Small room & firm mattress. Cleaning lady trying to break in the room with several attempts at 10:30 am although the door is locked and my check out time is till the next day.

The location was good, lots of food places around, lotte mall right in front of the hotel

The staff at the reception wasn’t friendly. The hotel is kind of old. Our ac broke down in the middle of the night and it was freezing. Breakfast variety wasn’t great

Staff was ready to hep and assist with our requests. Room size is adequate.

It was too hot in the room, luckily we could open the window even though we were staying on the 10th floor.Towels were too small.

The location was great. The rooms were clean. Albeit a little small. But the value of price paid for the rooms was overall really good and the location was excellent. The lobby area was really nice and there was a cute café right next-door. I barely spent much time in the room, and when I was in the room, there was strong Wi-Fi a working area and a clean space.

For starters, the rooms were blisteringly hot. The thermostat was set to 80°F when I asked the staff to please turn the heat down or the AC on they said no to both, and I was unable to turn the heat down. I opened my window, but was then met with a loud busy sounds of the street and the temperature didn’t change. It was so unbelievably hot and the beds were really hard. I don’t usually comment on the beds, but this bed was unusually hard. In addition, the thermostat once I did turn it off, made an unsettling noise all night, and coupled with the hard bed made it nearly impossible to sleep. And it also did not lower the temperature in the room.

Breakfast was good. shower was good. Location met my needs.

Bed was extra firm. Room was too warm and had to open the window to cool it down with the associated noise.

Location was great. Lots of places to eat, drink, and shop, including rows of street food vendors (all pretty good) at night.

The room had both a 220v plug, and a 110v plug… but the 110v plug wasn’t working. My items work fine with 220v, but I really could have made use of both plugs.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast buffet. Lots of dinning options close to hotel. Our second night, we had dinner at a restaurant next door to the hotel.

Practical for night stay during buisness trip

Breakfast was very minimal and poor. Coffee from the machine was bad ,They refused a free late checkout even though room was available.

It was next to pharmacy’s and restaurants

Beds were uncomfortable and the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Toilet could be more clean

The location. The hotel is located close to Seomyeon Station, right in downtown Busan. Train Station is just a few stations away. It is true thought, that it is pretty far from Gamcheon Village or the famous temple by the sea (Haedong Yonggusa). But you can get to Hongdae Beach just by using the metro without changing lines, which is great. The rooms were clean and large enough.

This is my second time staying at this hotel for work. It is easy and clean with a good location. All the staff was very helpful and kind. The room is simple and comfortable.

We asked for an interpreter to help with some of our meetings and they were not able to provide any suggestions. Not a huge deal, but it would have been very helpful to to have the guidance. Not a bad thing more just a side note

The location is perfect, close to the metro station and train station, so it's easy to get anywhere in Pusan. Citizen park is nearby, and it's huge & worth visiting. Also several shopping centers and a restaurant street are nearby. The room was clean and cozy, there were all necessary facilities such as hair drier & kettle. The staff was friendly and helpful!

The pillow wasn't comfortable so I had a headache the next day, but of course it's just a personal perception, it can be okay for somebody else.

Location wise was really great. Near the train station. Room met all minimum requirements. What surprised me was the housekeeping. They really went all out tidying and ensuring I have adequate water and clean towels for my 2 nights stay in the hotel (eventhough I was on DND the whole time, clean towels were packed in a bag along with water bottles and placed outside my room).

Not very friendly front desk - or maybe I am just used to front desk staff greeting you when entering the hotel. I had one who saw that I was waiting to check-in but avoided eye contact (she was playing with her phone). Although I had a lady who was readily greeting me and asking if I wanted to store my bag before my departure.

Excellent location, just near the entry of Metro. With nice price. I'd come again when I visit Busan next time!

Noises at night from machine operationg outside

I stayed at the Room#1108. There was a continuous noises at night. (maybe from roop). Worst experience ever.

Perfect location, many restaurants nearby, right across Lotte department store. Nice comfy bed.

We paid around 120$ per night, breakfast was not included for a very basic small hotel room The rooms are dated and were not as nice as we expected We would not come back

The location was great especially as there were so many food options! Room size and hotel decent for a fair price!

Especially coming from Seoul where you can flush toilet paper, I did not like that you had to throw your toilet paper into the bin!
