Close to the beach and entertainment.

The lobby is located on the fourth floor.Having to take multiple elevator trips.

The location is amazing! The room was very clean and spacious. We were on the 28th floor and the view was amazing!! The room came with a kitchen (stove, full fridge, and sink).

The only negative is that there were no plates, cutlery, nor pots.

Great location. Across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants. Touristy area that felt safe when walking at night.

Property is in need of renovation. The shower rarely had hot water. An overhead light at the door is on a photocell. It constantly turned on throughout the night when someone walked down the hall.

The location. Room is a decent size, beds are comfortable.

Great location, great views, great access to literally anything you can think of at Haeundae beach. Very helpful and nice staff.

As a foreigner, it was a bit difficult to figure out the air conditioning system at first. Google translate camera helped me with that though.

Stayed with family for two nights and had a lovely time. Chose ocean view which was gorgeous and worth the extra money. Room was very close in size to an American double and was comfortable for the 3 of us. Location was close to many restaurants and was a 3 minute walk to beach.

Language was a bit of a problem at check-in.

The room was very comfortable with ample towels and comfortable bedding. We had an issue with the bathroom which was fixed straight away. We rented kitchen utensils for 11000KRW per night and it had everything we needed.The bathroom facilities were good with ample storage for products.The lighting was good.Good storage space.Great location - so close to the market and to the beach and only a few minutes to the metro station.Reception staff very helpful with our queries.

Could hear neighbours when they were noisy but that is not something the hotel could control.

My teenage sons were so impressed with the size of the room! Everyone had their own sleeping space which was great. The City views were lovely to see, especially at night. We appreciated the fridge and the washing machine, and was happy there was a drying rack in the room. The room was clean and attended tonwell. I visited the gym area which was wonderful, with bonus views (I chose the run along the beach though). The location was perfect for exploring the beach or the City by metro. Alos made use of the facilities in the building, the Thai spa, the Indian restaurant and the air pellet shooting range. Great stay.

Personally, I was a little dissapointed that the pool wasn't yet open (early April), but i also fully recognise that not everyone like cold water swimming. I do wish the terrace had been open though, as the weather was good enough to sit a coke in the sunshine.

Beautiful room, plenty of facilities with loads of space. The view of the city was lovely especially at night, and we would have enjoyed another few days at this hotel. The location was great and the hotel was spotless.

The room had fantastic kitchen facilities, but only 2 mugs and no other cutlery, crockery or cookware. I’m unsure of the purpose of a full kitchen if it can’t actually be used unless you bring the contents of your kitchen at home. We paid extra for breakfast, however everything was ice cold, which must be the norm since they have 2 microwaves available. There was a kitchen behind the buffet but it wasn’t in action so we’re presuming whatever prepping they’re doing, they didn’t want us to see.

I like that it is just across the beach and the activity street where all the street foods are and the nice restos.

I dont like. The room very hot when winter because the central heater .. very very hottt so we cant sleep.

So bad. I ask about my sweater which left on the property but until now they did not answer .And the sweater disappear very strangely.And when i check again for the third time i found the cleaning service is cleaning the cupboard using a towel!! Very dirty

Room was very spacious! There was also a kitchen area in case we wanted to do any cooking. View of the beach was great!! Housekeeping was good, cleaned our room daily. Location was good too, just across the street from the beach, and about 8-10min walk fromHaeundae station. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

As many reviews shared, have to take 2 lifts to get to the hotel rooms. Can be a bit of a wait during peak hours but wasn’t a big issue. While views were great, rooms can get pretty hot as sun shines directly into the room in daytime. Not an issue as we weren’t in the rooms most of the time. Heater was turned on from 9pm to 9am (during winter) which can get quite hot, but we simply turned it off and opened the window.

The location is great, the hotel is clean, the room was spacious, we had a nice view on the main Haundae street and the beach.

One person had to sleep on the floor since there are only 2 beds in the appartment and they coud not provide an extra bed. I put a picture to show what Kolon means by 4*!There is nothing in the kitchen (no glasses, cutleries or plates).There is virtually no convenient plugs in the room.We had to ask for extra toilet papers.The beds were not made every day.It really did not feel like a 4* hotel.

The location was great. Right near the beach.

The rooms are very warm because of the glass windows. It’s really expensive. We came here for the swimming pool, but it was closed (even though it was 27 degrees outside). The staff was really unfriendly and could not speak English, so there was no room for discussion. Breakfast is expensive. There was a little kitchen in the room. But no stuff to cook with. When someone walk past by our door, the light in our room lit up. Even during the night. Not ideal with a baby.

Overall a great and wonderful experience. Staffs were very friendly and kind in helping all the customers. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Busan. Strategic location and comfort stay. The room is clean and the ocean view is breathtaking.

The location was good.

No towels available at pool to sunbathe towels were only available after swimming when you are totally wet and having to return to the desk to ask for a towel situation was atricious.it was a nightmmare trying to ge into a lift as during the day all lifts were utilised by cleaning staff on all floors although there were lifts at the other side that went as far as floor 22. We were above that number and had no option but to use the one set of lifts.We checked ou a day early as the facilities were not up to our standards.

The AC unit too loud and the light too bright and the unit blowing air directly to my face.

Lacking in facilities eg cutleries, plates and bowls. We shdnt need to pay for these.

Location

Double elevator style is set up so that we always have to walk past reception even if we are not checking in. There is no direct elevator from ground floor to room.
