Great location, very clean and very comfortable bed.

Very new and clean hotel. Photos are exactly what you get. Staff was excellent and responsive too.

Easy check-in, close to the metro, clean and newly furnished room

Only half-block shower room, water can spill outside the shower area easily. The security isn’t good, anyone even non-tenant can go to your floor easily.

Location is just 5 to 10 mins walk from Busan KTX station. Near convenience store and restaurant. Our room was clean and with a good view of the city. The bathroom is quite spacious. The staff are all friendly and nice.

Unfortunately, there is no bidet available.

This property was only less than 10 mins walk from the Busan station. This hotel was super clean because it's still very new. The rooms are beautiful and the staff were very accommodating.

I loved everything about this property and I would have given a better rating if it wasn't for the incident that happened to my cousins room. We had a total of 5 rooms booked 4 of us were on the 8th floor whiley cousin was on the 10th floor. It was around midnight that a man entered her room with a keycard. Luckily she was by the door trying to figure out the air conditioner. She heard the mechanic of the lock unlocking and a man opened the door and she yelled "wait"! And he apologized and walked away. We went down to the front desk right away and told the person who happens to be the owner of the hotel. He apologized and said it was a staff trying to deliver towels. But she never requested towels. And why are you delivering at midnight? He said his system shows no one was in the room at that time. Side bar in order for your room to have working lights and air conditioner you need to put your keycard in this slot. The owner was saying that that key wasn't in the slot so he thought no one was in the room. So basically he is saying there's glitch in the system. After all said and down my cousin did not feel safe and so he refunded her room and she stayed with the rest of the group. He was really apologetic and he wasn't fighting us on what we wanted and that was the refund.

Gorgeous room and so close to Busan station. The man at the front desk was so friendly and kind. The bed was comfy and the whole room was very clean.

Clean spacious room with great view. Handy to the metro, Busan Train Station, the Ferry terminal. Also cafes and restaurants nearby.

Room was clean and the view was amazing. Staff is helpful, I had a great stay.It's walking distance to busan station even with a big suitcase!

be sure to bring an eye mask, as there are plenty of bright lights from the AC / control panel / etc.

Really nice and modern. Had a little problem with my first room, but they were quick to give me another room. Everything was super clean.

Some parts were either under renovation, or not quite finished, but the room were all good.

Great location. Excellent staffs at reception. Very enthusiastic and knows the area well. Received good recommendation from the lady at the counter.

No shower curtain/door. Bathroom floor gets wet every time after shower.Limited space. I've stayed in bigger room for the same price in Seoul.
