Clean convenient

Couldn’t see the beach

The location was excellent, rooms was a decent size, and the staff were friendly.

Only two lifts servicing 30 floors… too often there were long queues waiting to go up. The rooms were clean to some degree but two areas for improvement, remove stained sheets and clean stains from walls.

Location was really good.

During our stay, I accidentally left my bracelet in the room when we went out, and we had also left our shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the bathroom. When we returned, all of these items were missing — it appeared they may have been removed by the housekeeping staff.We contacted the reception to report the issue, but unfortunately, they did not seem to believe us or make any effort to investigate. This experience was very disappointing.

Amazing location right on the main street of Haeundae with a view of the beach! Lots of great places to eat and shop (Olive Young) just a few steps away and a convenience store downstairs. Coin laundry also cheap and easy to access in the basement.

Check in staff was SO rude to us that the Director/Manager on site took over from him. It was a really bad first impression of the property for us. The elevator is shared with another hotel in the building so it would take sometimes up to or over 10 minutes to get a lift with room in it, made us late to the airport as it took us nearly 20 minutes to get an elevator at check out time! Should be exclusive lifts for each hotel.

Water pressure of the shower was nice and constant hot water

The room was not very clean, there was a lot of dust in the room and some of the paint was chipping off the wall. There was also random scotch tape on the walls. Our door did not shut properly, had to pull it quite hard to shut and made some noise. I thought the building was modern but the building and rooms need a lot of upgrades.

Ocean view, location, patio, comfortable bed, great shower….I got a real deal so it exceeded my expectations!My view from the 28th floor was breathtaking.Walk to the beach in a minute. Safe, great restaurants and transportation right there!

Considering what I paid…no complaints here!

Check-in was easy. Location was great for the price we paid. Got partial view of the beach and it was still such a pretty site! Also, our room had a balcony, which we didn't know about when booking. We kept a the privacy placer on our door and the stuff still left us towels and water outside our door.

Great location. Was able to check in early for a very small charge. Room was exceptionally clean.

Lifts could be slow and if staying on lower floors they often skipped the floor.

The view. You could see the sea and bay 101. There is a hotel partially blocking the view but it’s still good. The location was good, close to the station, buses, restaurants, market, convenience stores etc. Rooms were clean. The hold luggage before and after checkout.

There is barely any amenity in the room. U pretty much get a bed and a bathroom.

I liked its location, its price, its quality, and its availability to park cars.

We love our hotel room and the view from our room. We could see Haeundae Beach and the coastline. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a great location and was within walking distance from many places and shopping areas.

The hotel was doing some construction on the bottom and 2nd floor so it was a bit dusty and noisy. It was also a little weird that the lobby was on the 3rd floor and it was shared with another hotel.

The location is very accessible and the staff are hospitable and accommodating.

There was a moment when I heard a strange noise at the door, almost like someone was trying to open it. Turns out, it was just the air pressure from someone opening their door across the hallway—mystery solved! Or is it

We had an amazing ocean view, the room was clean and the location was very good. Very good value for the money!

There were only two elevators while there were plenty of rooms in over 30 floors, so we had to wait a while every time

Excellent location near the beach with beautiful ocean and city views. Market around the corner and many restaurants to choose from nearby. Great location near station to be picked up for tours.

The location. We have the view of the ocean from left and right of the balcony. Kinda peeking but we love it. It’s really great that it is near the food market in Haeundae and the Haeundae Beach. Complete towels and slippers.

Lack of power outlet in bedside table.

Staff were not that approachable or friendly. Lots of problems with the facilities in the room.

Everyone had mentioned the elevator. They were not wrong. It was a long wait every time!

The view from high floorr is amazing!

Using elevators is painful, they are always busy, waits of tens of minutes are normal
