Nice staff. Easy location. Fantastic new shower and bathroom.

Could not figure out how to use a fan for air circulation. I don't use AC.

Amazing room for great value, it was very clean and comfortable and I would stay here again. My room was on the same floor as the restaurant but the noise and smell did not get into the room because of the double entrance. It’s only a few blocks away from Busan Station and even closer to a subway station so it’s well connected and the area is quiet but has options near by. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and a great bonus. The shower was luxurious and very relaxing. we also loved the bidet.

The beds were uncomfortable and felt like an Aerobed. The window in the room faced another building with very little natural light coming in to the room. It felt like we were in a basement bedroom.

This is an amazing hotel, 10-15m walk from the Busan train station (which is close to the ferry terminal). The staff was very kind and even upgraded the room as we checked in. The room was very large and had a wooden hot bath and a beautiful bathroom setup. This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip and I would definitively book it again when returning to Busan. It is close to public transport (metro and train station) and you can find a small shop one street away for drinks/snacks/food. We additionally booked the breakfast which was a standard plate with egg, sausages, salad, bread, coffee, orange juice etc. that was prepared when you arrived to the breakfast room. I liked the food but some may like to have more choice. Overall a great hotel!

The beds were hard, the rooms were small, and the view from the window was the wall of the neighboring house.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s close to Busan Station, it’s clean and specious. I slept comfortable and would definitely come back again.

Everything was very clean and the room was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly Robert Kim who was part of the night staff. He spoke English well and helped us call a taxi and was able to answer any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend, especially the bigger suites because a soak in that giant spa/bath tub was the perfect way to end the day.

Our room (suite) was beautiful, well maintened and clean!Location is great: close to a bus station (1 min walking) and train station (15 minutes walking)! Breakfast is not a proper one, you can choose between two menu set: american and Asian (noodles) but no buffet. I would recommend to implement a proper buffet breakfast so everyone can choose whatever they prefer

Tub in the room is great and it's very quiet at night. Hotel is pretty clean and location is convenient.

Just one thing we're a bit care about - when we arrive around 10pm, there's no one at the front desk so we wait for a while to complete the check-in process. It might be a bit risky if no one stays at the front dest at night because the doors are open to everyone.

Location was excellent. Subway station was near the hotel. Staff was also very kind. The room was very clean. We could not find any inconvnient things.

I was upgraded for free, to a room with a private bath. This was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable and I was sad that I was only in the hotel - and Busan - for one night.

Let me tell you that this hotel is just AMAZING! It's just a 3 min (max) walk from the station, the street is really quiet as well.Everything was just so clean, and also the cleaning lady came by every single day, leaving fresh towels and brand new cotton pads etc.The size of the room surprised me, it's super comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom was perfect, having a full-on shower, which is kinda rare in South Korean stays(it's not my first time here so trust me).The staff was super kind and helpful, they even helped us getting to the Busan Station in our way to Seoul, since we were carrying so much luggage and called a taxi for us!You've got a GS25 just beside the hotel! Also, there's a restaurant in the building if you're feeling lazy and don't wanna leave the building for dinner.Totally recommend it.

Location was a winner. Being located by Busan station and extremely close to Choryang station is a huge advantage because you're in the middle of everything. Jagalchi and Nampo on one end and Haeundae on the opposite end. The facilities were absolutely fantastic and insanely good! The Asian style bath tub did it for me. After exploring, I would soak and relax to a nice hot tub bath which was super nice ? Staff was good as well. My hats off to the housekeeping team who made my bed and washroom each day and made it very clean. I cannot think of a single complaint about this place and if I could I would give it an 11/10.

They had the opportunity to give us a free upgrade, but, the one who appeared to be the manager denied it even after the staff tried to vouch for us (in Korean)He simply replied '아니오 (anio)' without thinking muchThere is no place to hang the towels … or maybe I just missed itNo shower screen or separation inside the bathroom, it becomes very wet after the showerNo separation inside the bathroom also makes it tricky for you to shower and make sure no soap or shampoo gets into the spa

I loved the spa bath so much! The room and bed was so nice and warm at night. Well connected to the station and buses so it was easy to get around.

The road around the hotel seemed quite dirty.

The onsen spa in room was amazing!

The concierge staff was not friendly and don’t smile at all. The lift was old and it seems no proper cleanliness.

Room was super comfy, Short walk away from the bus stop to all major destinations, staff were excellent and let us store luggage before check in.Highly recommend checking the sights out at night!

Not a fault with the Hotel but we could not catch the bus with our luggage due to Busans new rules about no large bags or suitcases on public buses.
