Great location - 2 blocks from Busan Station, 2 blocks from Choryang Station, and Choryang Traditional Market, 3 stops from Jagalchi Market and BIFF Market, 35mins to airport via taxi on Saturday morning (no traffic).Checkin was smooth (strict with checkin time but we were able to leave our luggage until we could checkin).We included breakfast on our booking which was a smart choice! The breakfast was great - choice was between western or Korean and room service or at the restaurant. We had room service both times and tried korean and Western breakfasts - both were good portions and delicious!The rooms were good size and clean. Beds were comfortable - we slept well.Bathrooms has all the basic necessities - toiletries and towels.Favorite part was the LG Styler that remove odors steams and freshen clothing!!! We were able to freshen our jackets and coats which was just fantastic! (Thinking of buying one now! ?)The rooftop pool is small but heated. We tried the restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious and the staff were great!There was also a coin laundry 4 blocks from the hotel, and various restaurants in the area.

We really loved our balcony! The room was spacious and beds comfy. Food we ate at the hotel was also really delicious! Staff was very kind and patient with us being English speakers.

The shower drained poorly, and the temperature control was difficult for us to figure out.

Poor soundproof taking in consideration that is near the train station. Poor breakfast. The facilities are clean and functional, though a bit dated.

Busan is huge, but the Hound is a short walk from the main HSR station, thus all transport. Unique LG clothes steaming device in room, robes and slippers provided, good beds but tight space. Bar, dining and tiny pool on top floor plus offer of free glass of local rice based wine or coffee, tea.

Our room was very nice—spacious, with a comfortable bed. The hotel’s location was great, close to Busan Station. We didn’t use the heated pool, but we did visit the bar and had a couple of drinks there. I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, but he was very friendly.

Children are not allowed in the pool after 7 PM. A huge disappointment, and we didn’t see this mentioned anywhere. You really need to state this on Booking. Furthermore, it’s a hotel with a lot of rules. For example, you can only use the poolside chairs if you order something. The staff is friendly and just enforcing management’s rules, but I found it all a bit too many rules for my vacation.

Modern and spacious. The location is close to the Busan train station.

I was quite surprised that they charged an extra money for a 6-month old baby, where we did not ask for an extra bed or anything. I don’t know if it’s part of the law or not.

Though stated as a 3-star hotel, my family and I felt it was 5 stars in many ways! From Exit 5 of the train station, we could not figure out the way at first. Then we stepped out further where all the cabs were waiting and looked to the right and saw the big Hound logo on one building. We followed that route down the road and reached the hotel in 5 mins. Our family room for 3 was very spacious and we liked that the toilet and shower are separated. Good quality room slippers provided which would be charged if taken away. Big TV with more than 100 channels to watch, albeit mostly Korean programmes. Housekeeping did a wonderful job for all our 3-night stay. We also did the laundry once (washer and dryer KRW10000). Perfume dryer sheet given for the dryer and our clothes smelled so good! We had dinner on the 12th floor and my daughter loved the wings and fries! Definitely returning to this hotel when we visit Busan again.

Laundry room located in the male toilet. Hahaha Had to get my husband to check if anyone was in there each time before I entered.

The restaurant on the 12 floor was amazing and open late. The cocktails are amazing and well done. The reception staff assisted with finding local food spots as well as calling taxis. Amazing !

Great location to Busan station and local amenities. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing.

The flooring for the shower (wet room) is very slippery once wet and dangerous.The focus was more on trying to not slip over and hurt myself rather than enjoy a warm powerful shower.

I like the LG styler, bed is comfortable. I stayed at the deluxe room, the space is very comfortable.

The (western) food is horrendous and incredibly over priced but we were tired and wanted something. I would love the opportunity to help them on this offering because other than that the service and offering is incredible.
