Layers Hotel Busan Hadan

Very clean, lovely front desk staff, good breakfast with panoramic view, excellent spa.

Great location next to Hadan subway. Excellent breakfast choices. Many good eating places in art malling very close.very Very clean room.

The location; near a bus station and a subway station. Easy access to Nampodong and the other tourism locations in the Southern Busan with a subway and a bus. The price was decent. It was clean.A lot of restaurants are next to the hotel.

A breakfast can be improved.

Location

The rule of the hotel kitchen- hurriedly, I had to return to my room for conference calls. At the restaurant, I didn’t see paper coffee cups available. I asked a staff if there is in case like mine who had not had coffee but had to leave. Her answer was NO. Then, I was told that I could not bring their cup to my room. I explained my situation and promised that I would bring it back to the restaurant. Two kitchen staff followed me out to the elevator and insisted that I shouldn’t bring a coffee cup. Since I promised I would bring it back, I returned to the room. Then, the restaurant supervisor phoned and ordered to leave the cup outside the door immediately. I felt like his militaristic order was super overdone, rudely running the restaurant. No longer feeling like having their coffee, I poured the coffee to the sink, left it to outside. I have never experienced such a cold militaristic breakfast environment in my entire hotel experience as a guest.

Breakfast is served at the highest (25th) floor and the buffet is quite nice. The room was fine. Not too far from the airport.

Hotel clerks were very friendly. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. In addition to these good points, view from the buffet area was superb!!

The images of the room/bathroom made them look bigger. It was a little misleading. I had a couple of queries before arriving that were not answered.

Breakfast is not good, food tastes not fresh, strange taste, fryed rice too dry, fruit tomato are not fresh, no any milk for coffee, room got big noisy with air conditioner, staff are not all friendly,

I met Tony every morning at 25Floor while staying there, thank you for his warm welcome. He shared some information about Busan since this was the first visit. For food menu, I would suggest the hotel restaurant to provide beef instead of pork.

I would suggest that the hotel staff should improve their English speaking skills especially when facing with international guests.

The Layers Hotel is quite nice and well furnished. The most outstanding thing is the breakfast at the 25th floor, which gives a nice view to the bay nearby. The breakfast was also good, despite we had some trouble during the check-in. Once that was fixed, overall the stay was very good. We have chosen this hotel also because it is quite close to the airport with fast connection to it (via taxi it takes around 20 minutes). Moreover, there is a tube station almost in front of its doors, so it has very good access to the public transport.

I loved the hotel. The facility was nice and the room was clean. It had a luxury hotel vibe though smaller scale. I liked the location though it was in Hadan, which is west of the bustle of Busan center. I preferred it because Hadan was more local culture and not many tourists. It is convenient as the metro station is right next to the hotel. There is also a mall, Art Malling, nearby with shops and eateries. There were also many convenient stores nearby. I forgot to bring a power adapter so a local told me to go to a small local hardware shop. There is also a Daiso; as well as a wonderful restaurant that served delicious kong gukbab. Also the bus to the airport stopped right in front of the hotel. The Front Desk folks were super friendly.

The location is near the metro station, but it turned to be rather distant from city center. I liked the clothes fresher in the room.

The room was rather shabby, with the sink outside of the bathroom (the room was twin superior). The breakfast was OK without tea though.

The hotel is very close to public transport. The room was very cosy, just what we needed for a one night stay. The bedside socket fits many different plugs. Many shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby.

There is an automatic light in the room's entrance area, which is a bit too sensitive - I've woken my partner when I went to use the bathroom in the room during the night because the light turned on on its own.Some of the facilities pictured are closed off, like the coin laundry or one of the restaurants. When asking about the coin laundry, the receptionist didn't know what we are talking about, even though it's still mentioned in the brochure in the room.

the staff was very nice and I love the location. it’s very central to the subway line which is great.

The room was very clean, and luxurious for the price. Hotel lobby was staffed all day and employees were very helpful.

Although expected the room is quite small, which means the sink is not in the bathroom and only a half bath tub is available. However this was already more than I expected so I do not have an issue with it.

We liked the class facility at Layers hotel.. I give 7 rating due to the dust in the rooms and the wooden smell that came from the AC. Although could understand this may be due to long vacancy due to corona yet it should have been taken care of

It had a very beautiful lobby that one could take very photo worthy pictures at. The location is perfect as it’s next to the train station, a mall, several small stores and food places. The price was incredibly good too. I would come back here again if I came back to this city!
