Hound Hotel Haeundae Signature

The location was great, just a short walk to the main strip. The bed was comfortable and the TV was huge! The bathroom was large, and they provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which a lot of hotels seem to forget. There was also the fancy toilet with all the features. It was also helpful to have a 24-hour shop in the lobby. The pool was heated and had an adult only area.

We didn't have any complaints!

The location was nice and central, but not noisy at night. It was just a five minute walk to the main street that had lots of restaurants to choose from. Another few minutes to the beach which was very clean. The metro station is also very close. It is about 30 minutes (and very cheap) to get to central Busan. The rooftop pool was great for hanging out. Although small, it was not crowded and we had it to ourselves for a lot of the time. Beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were great.

The signage was a bit hard to spot. The taxi driver dropped us at the similarly-named hotel next door. There was a lot of redevelopment work being carried out nearby. It wasn't too noisy but made the area feel like a bit of a building site. The small balcony had no real view.

Super clean, luxurious feel to property. Close to everything but far enough its a quiet property. Amenities were nice and staff was helpful as well. Great place to stay.

Location was fantastic. A very short walk to the beach and the train station and the Main Street of Haeundae.

They didn't offer breakfast, which is totally fine but I do love a hotel breakfast.

Location was good as it was a few blocks to walk to Haeundae Beach. I liked that they offered connecting rooms. The rooms were clean and beds were firm and comfortable.

The only thing is this inconvenience I'm dealing with. We had a flight delay and missed our connecting flight to Busan. We missed our first night's hotel and am trying to get reimbursed through travel insurance. It's been difficult trying to get an invoice from the hotel after the fact. I'm not getting much response from the hotel or Booking.com.

Great location, friendly staff, and the hotel smells amazing.

Primarily the staff, a group of people who understand the meaning of hospitality. Proximity to beach and metro, plenty of places to eat locally, a lovely organic cafe around the corner that also sells vegan and gluten free options. Immaculately clean. A gorgeous pool and sun deck on the roof

Some localised noise from development projects but you can’t hear it if the doors / windows are closed so I wouldn’t let it put me off staying at this hotel that also has a lovely cafe in the foyer.

Didn't see any sign for breakfast.

Don't know if they have added staff during Summer as I saw only 1 -2 during my stay.

Compact but functional and very clean room, very comfortable bed.

Love the toilets top tier, very secluded in hidden but in the middle of everything. Nice and quiet.

It is clean and the staff there were friendly. The pool is useable during autumn as they did heat up the pool. The rooftop area is quite decent and it’s quite comfortable to chill there

The rooftop bar was never open. Walls in the room could have been cleaner. No possibility to hang towels or anything else in the room.

Awesome roof top pool, great location, lovely quiet room with comfy beds. Shower gel is amazing!

The location’s great it’s close to good restaurants and only about 10-15mins walk to Haeundae Markets and about 5-7mins walk to Haeundae station. The staff were friendly and helped us get jumbo taxi to the airport. The rooftop bar and pool are so nice especially at night time and has good views of Haeundae. I totally recommend and would definitely stay here again when I come back to Busan!

Nice colonial design, spacious bedrooms. The staff is helpful but without speakig English

Staff almost doesnt speak English. The only one cafe in the hotel works from 10.00 with the break during the day and close early. Location is good only to go to the beach if the weather is nice otherwise super far from all the other attractions.
