Haeundae Seacloud Hotel Residence

Fantastic location, clean rooms, friendly staff!

Location is fantastic, right next to the Haeundae night market. 5 minutes walk to both bus stop and train station. Opposite the beach and 15 minutes walk to the Mipo capsule train.

Staff was not exactly friendly and the reception is on level 6 where we have to take the lift to level 4 and change lift to level 6. Abit confusing as they have Suncloud & Kolon Haeundae hotel at the same place.

Great location for food/drinks and convenience store on ground floor meant everything was within reach. Got a seaview as booked. The high floor was appreciated as well. Room was large size which accomodated our 2 large luggage and 2 smaller ones with adequate space to move aroundWas one of the hotels which qualified for 25% discount at Busan X The Sky

Was a bit tricky to locate after alighting from the airport limousine. Counter staff werent too friendly either

The view is amazing and big space. Beds are comfortable however the plumbing is not great. The toilet kept making noise and we had to manually fix it.

It is old and I don’t know if the towels are clean .. and the toilet drain needs cover

The room size is quite spacious. Location is excellent

It is residence type with the kitchen.We need very basic items. Like dishes, spoon and knife. But there is none. Only coffee mug.Even though we didn’t cook, we need a basic items.

Very spacious and great for family. Location is superb and one of the best.

Too many elevator rides to get to your room.

Had to pay on site for pots,plates,cutlery etc. considering there are kitchenettes in the rooms these items should be there. When watching a tv movie for a short time you are required to pay but there are no instructions. This hotel is one of 3 sharing the pool, lifts and restaurant. Needs more lifts when we were here.

Older building, crowded elevators requiring transfers. Bedroom light didn’t completely turn off. The weekend rate was expensive.

Beds were a bit too firm.

The room and restroom was a good size to accommodate three people. Close to the main area of Haeundae.

You are required to take 2 different elevators to get to your room. The hallways were creepy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The room needs to be refurnished (e.g. the toilet and cabinets). There was a washer but no dryer. There weren't any cooking ware or dish soap.

Bed is hard with no cushion only hard mattress springs. Staff was unable to supply extra comforter for hard bed.

DO NOT STAY HERE - One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed inThis hotel is in terrible condition and should not be allowed to claim four stars.Had a really bad experience from start to finish.There were no kitchen items at all, even though the room was advertised with a kitchenette. Just two dirty mugs. A cleaner came in and poured bleach into the mugs to soak them, but never returned to rinse them. So was left with two mugs full of bleach. No cutlery, no pans, no plates—nothing.The room was dusty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The building is very old, maybe 30–40 years, and it shows. The bathroom had mold and damp in the corners. It looked and smelled dirty.On the last night, there was a rainstorm and water leaked into the room through cracks in the window. That should not happen in a hotel room.Housekeeping didn’t change the sheets. They just made the bed. They didn’t wipe down any surfaces or clean properly. Only the bathroom was cleaned, and they used strong chemicals that left a bad smell in the room.The aircon turns off at 9pm and doesn’t come back on until 8am. You’re not allowed to control it yourself. It got very hot and uncomfortable at night.The gym was dirty. The equipment was old and the carpet had large stains all over it. It didn’t feel clean or safe to use.The pool was closed the whole time. It was physically locked with a wooden plank across the entrance. That should have been made clear before booking.Every night there were 'special business trip' massage and escort flyers on the floor near the elevators. This happened every single night, and no one cleaned them up until the next morning. The hotel do not stop this from happening. This is not something you want to see in a hotel, especially if you have children with you (and there were many families staying here).It also gives a clear idea of what kind of guests they expect.The area outside the hotel is loud, busy, and unpleasant.

Overall experience was great. There were microwave and mini stove but no cutlery and plates and air condition is set up to warm and cant be changed. Finding ourselves sweating during the night which made it uncomfortable some of the nights

The location was great. We book room for 3, but basically I think it's a room for two and just add one more extra bed so for us, it's quite cramped! However, the view and the location were good so we are ok! Breakfast is not included so it's quite inconvenient for business people.

The bathroom is cramped and if we share the room with others, the sound-proof would make you feel a bit discomfortable.

Room a little rundown.

Location is great, view is great.

We first check into this suite and the condition was terrible. Dusty and torn wallpaper, dirty food stained fridge and microwave, faulty washing machine, the sofa was dusty and the light above the dining table too, with one light bulb fused. We have to ask for a room change. While the staff are friendly and try their best to speak English with us, it is not their fault that the condition of the place is terrible. We requested for a room change and they assisted. Second suite was sooooo much better! But something gross, there were lots of toothpaste stain on the bathroom sink, tiles in the shower room was chipped and there’s this used pimple patch on the wall on the vanity area. GROSS!

Location is awesome, ocean view. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It was a bit annoying that their AC doesn’t work after 9pm until 7am, otherwise we liked everything!

It was right on the beach and a great shopping / food street. We loved our view of the ocean and thought it was beautiful. The AC was nice and we did use the washing machine which was good while traveling. The room was spacious and a good size for our 4 guests.

It was a bit confusing to find the right front desk, there a multiple hotels in this building it seems. But once we sorted that out (6th floor) it was easy to get in and out. The washing machine didn’t dry super well and it took our clothes a long time to air dry, so just be aware of that before using it!

Everything was very accessible and staff was very helpful. Staff gave us room at high floor 29 and the beach view was exceptional ❤️
