Pros +
- The room had everything you could desire from lotion to aftershave tea coffee, huge bath ,computer ect
- The room was clean and spacious; there was a computer.
- I especially love the staff, they were helpful when I had to make last minute adjustment and add/adjust my room for another person. The place isn’t the cleanest it being dusty and a little old, but nothing too surprising for a 2 star hotel, the computer unfortunately did not work and I had to go buy a converter for the outlets. There are a lot of coffee places nearby, plenty of convenience stores, and the mall is about a 15 minute walk away. Everything you can ask for in a budget hotel.
Cons -
- Unfortunately, there is a lot of mosquitoes in this area and in the lift/hallway , the reception staff were amazing and provided us with a mosquito repeller machine to plug-in
- No bath towels
- This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a room with 2 beds that was clearly stated on booking.com. when my mother and I writing is happening. The novel is commencing arrived, they gave us one bed. I went downstairs to tell them, and I showed them the booking. She said that it meant futon, which was the blanket. In what world does two beds mean one bed with a blanket on it? The older lady that runs the hotel then came and started yelling at me in Korean. I tried to explain to her but she wouldn’t listen. I gave up and went to get dinner, but then the lady came up to my room and continued yelling at my poor mother in Korean about the same issue. Neither of us speak the language. They ended up switching our room finally, but each time we walked into the lobby. The same lady was there, and she would start yelling at us some more. It was really such a negative experience, and left a bad taste in my mouth about Busan. On top of that, as another review mentioned, I think this is a love hotel. The couple in the next room we’re making incredibly loud I don’t noises at 10 PM, 6 AM and 11 AM. The towels also smelled bad. You’ve been warned!

Good location near shopping and night market area. The Busan station is a short hop away.
The only decent thing was the location near Busan tower

We liked the room it was quiet and comfortable, and how close it was from the main attractions in Nampo Dong.
We did not like the mosquitos. They manage to come in at every chance you open any opening.. but with the repellent we got to killed them
Beautiful bathroom,lots of mirrors
Lack of space in the bedroom: the bathroom takes in almost half of the total surface
Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room, comfortable bed and great central location. We stayed for 11 nights . It was a comfortable and economical base from which to explore lots of different parts of Busan
The bed is comfortable. The location is great. The reception staff is so kind.
You should bring your teeth powders and hairbrush. Otherwise, you will be used for shared use.
The two women who run this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their ability to speak English is limited or non-existing but we always managed to successfully communicate. They do go out of their way to accommodate guests' wishes and requests, I really can't speak highly enough of them.
According to the blurb on Booking.com, the hotel is about 1 km from the Port Busan passenger terminal, which is not true. It's 20 mins by taxi (albeit during rush hour) and at least 40 mins on foot.
Spacious room
Not enough power outlets, the room was not clean, and the facilities were lacking.
the location was great.at the foot of Busan tower.restaurants and 7/11s very close.hotel staff spoke good English and super helpful.
awful pillows..staff did help reduce the stuffing size so I could actually rest my head on it.
The location is good
This accommodation cares too much about parking spaces, There's no remote control for controlling the air conditioner. The lock key is the key, not the card
Good location
Temperature not well regulated (freezing). Was provided room different from pictures that had weird mirrors everywhere. Hair from previous guest everywhere.
This boutique hotel is very good located, in probably the best area of Busan, located in a quiet street, but close to lots of restaurants and pubs. Metro is very close too.All personel were also very friendly, in particular 1 girl, but I forgot to ask her name ... She helped me a lot where to take the bus, etc ....I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this hotel.
Nothing ...
Spaciousness.
Room only cleaned when left after 5 days. Had to ask and collect clean towels, otherwise ok.
The space and the location
I needed help finding the location because of the hotel's is ARIA HOTEL only.
