The location was perfect for us. It was easy to take the train and buses to all the places we wanted to visit. Being that closed to the Busan Station was great. This was our second trip. We will be back next year.May is a wonderful month to visit Korea. Even the little rain did not diminish our enjoyment.

Location! The male manager on night shift was very helpful to help make reservation for airport transfer for our early departure flight. He is very attentive and plot the best schedule for us. Thank you very much.

The junior reception staff was not experienced and did not know how to react when the booking name and passport name differs. She did not bother to check booking confirmation number and kept telling us there was no booking and no room for us. Fortunately the seniors came along and resolve the issue.

The hotel room was extremely clean and had a huge bathroom.The toilet room was separated from the bath room.

We booked to be near the ferry terminal but we were surprised by the large and comfortable rooms. We had the children’s room which included a lot of toys and an actual swimming pool. We also were walking distance to the train station.

Close to Busan station, quiet, comfortable beds, clean.

Facility is a bit dated compared to the photos. Lighting can be improved to make the space more welcoming.

The room was big and it was very close to Busan station.

The coffee shop wasn’t ever open.

The neighborhood has smelly storm sewers but the air inside the hotel is fine.

I had no idea what to expect and yet my expectations were exceeded. The hotel looks normal and average on the outside but inside its luxury the room was amazing and spacious the hotel staff friendly and helpful and the rooftop garden was beautiful I did not even know they had that haha oh yeah the room had a bath and a rain shower

It was farther then I thought from the airport but thats not really an issue haha

Location clean comfortable . The skywalk bridges in the evening are so beautiful and just behind the hotel. Train station is one short block away

It was a great stay for us. The location is good if you want to stay close to the Busan Station which makes transportation quite easy. The room was very spacious. Toilet and bathroom were separate which was again great. The toilet had bidet which was awesome. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was cheap but it didn't have much to offer, very few items. But at the price, couldn't complain much.

It was within walking distance from Busan station, and I was pleased to see a pretty spacious room that comes with a jacuzzi bathtub and bidet toilet. The rooftop has a fantastic view too!

There was a strong chemical detergent smell when we first entered the room, and it was pretty dusty too. It was a little better after some ventilation.

The location was pretty close to Busan station. This was especially important for us as the station was a pickup point for our day tour. There were some restaurants and kombinis nearby so it was pretty self sufficient.

Generally the area we had to walk through was a bit smelly as there were smells coming from the drains. However this was outside the hotel's premises so thus unavoidable on the part of the hotel. It was just a byproduct of the location.

the room was very spacious and clean and very beautiful. the staff was kind and helpful.

the bed was very hard and the air conditioning and something else made a lot of sounds, which made it a bit hard to sleep. even when I turned the a/c off for the night there was sth else that sometimes mad sounds similar to the sounds the a/c makes

Washroom/bathroom was amazing. Room was also spacious.

A/C would turn off in the middle of the night making the room very hot.

Wonderful helpful staff! And all amenities needed. The room was so comfortable, good location for us as we stayed only one night to go to Jagalchi market and see the coastline. Super comfy! Check out the rooftop if you book.

The location is very convenient to the train. The only distraction are the neighboring properties are not that clean. But the hotel was clean.
