Bleach smell, too much chlorine.

- Towel, pillowcase weren’t well-maintained. Towels were old and torn but they still served their customers those towel, based on the name on the towels seem like they reuse Lotte Seomyeon’s. The pillowcase in my room even had blood stain on it. Truly worried for my health and for other customer wellbeing when staying at this hotel.- My room had a window but the view was another building wall- The hotel locates in quite small alley so taxi parking not always convenient when other cars entering the alley

The hotel was really great! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, cafés, and a lively neighborhood. It was also just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around very easy.

I loved everything about the hotel. I've stayed in many hotels in Korea, and the staff here were the most friendliest and kindest people I've ever encountered. The staff made the stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The shower/tub bathroom was huge and clean, too. The location is great, there's lots of restaurants and cafes around. A downtown area for shopping is just a 10 minute walk away, a Lotte Mall is just down the road, and a huge underground shopping area is also a few minutes walk away. Seomyeon Subway Station, which is a 10 minute-walk away, has Line 1 and Line 2, so it's easier to travel around Busan. There's also lots of different bus stops close-by. The next time I stay in Busan, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The toiled was extremely loud when flushing. It wasn't a major problem, just something to note.

The room is huge and very clean. Location is perfect. Close to bus and train station. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Close to shopping areas too and lots of places to eat.

Aircon cuts off as you leave your room otherwise everything is good.

Hotel is nice and clean. One stay night perfect at the airport. There is a shuttle to and from the airport also morning every half an hour and later every hour, and it takes like 5 minutes to T1. Restaurant was excelptional! Wifi also worked well.

Shuttle information from the Terminal to Hotel was not communicated in advance and thus took a taxi. Hotelroom was spacious, but only with a bed, no chair, sofa or anything just like a dancefloor empty. Minifridge was very noisey needed to unplug to be able to sleep.

The temperature in the room could not be adjusted. Outside 0 degrees and inside 28 degrees. We had to sleep with open windows, which is not convenient during winter. The staff suggested to turn on AC, which is crazy during winter. The stay in the room was not pleasant at all.

The rooms are very spacious. The shower is great - it has a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower head. The location is also pretty good. It’s a quick walk away from the Lotte department store and Seomyeon station.

The toilet room smells strongly of sewage and makes the whole room smell that way. Also, the floor is heated and there is no way to turn off the heat, so it’s always too hot. I stayed in January and it was constantly too hot to sleep even with the air conditioning on.

The staffs are very nice, location is good, room is spacious, bathroom is huge, everything is out of my expectations.Moreover, it provides free simple breakfast on working day, this restaurant is on floor 10. The main point is the restaurant is free to use for all guests in 24 hours basis. You can use the microwave, drinking water machine etc. Just remember to keep the place clean and tidy.

Very noisy toilet.Our room got break in the second day we back, as we didn’t put the “please don’t bother me” card on the door (note that the “don’t bother me” light at the door was on so we thought that’s it). All our belongings, cloths and whatnot that were on the bed were being “kindly moved” to the top of my luggage. Though front desk explained their “rules” and apologized, I accepted but still it’s terrible.

We were 2 and had a room for 3 with not enough space to put two big suitcases Parking was full but no big deal, as there was a free public parking 100m on foot

The room was spacious and had all the amenities. I love the location as well. The price was amazing for the room and location. Would definitely rebook if I come back to Busan again.

Great bathroom, room is clean and comfortable, great location. Bed was firm and comfy and reception were helpful with any questions. Had a simple but good Brekky and was soundproofed pretty well so no noisy disturbances.
