Hotel Laon

I'm not like nothing special I booked a room and paid through the booking program, but when I arrived the room was not the one I had booked.

I paid over $160 for the comfort and view I chose, but there was nothing special about it. My room was changed and given to a room that wasn't up to standard for the amount I booked.

The location was amazing, right by Gwangalli Beach with a beautiful ocean view. The staff were kind and check-in was easy.

downside was that the room wasn’t as clean as I expected, bed ?️ matters was hard especially for the price. It could use a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and very convenient for walking around the beach area.

The size of the room was great. The view from the room of the beaches were nice. Located off the main beach area of Busan but nice a quite. Water pressure was nice as well. The breakfast was simple and good.

The AC in the room was not great. Never seem to cool the room and was hard to navigate through the remote control. Seem to not work throughout the night and you would wake up sweating. The toilet was in the shower stall and the drain did not work well as the water flowed into the other area of the bathroom area soaking the floors. It looked like there was a divider\curtain that separated the bathroom\shower area from the rest of the space but it was missing\not there so anybody could see while you were in the bathroom. we stayed in room 201.

The room being filthy, no refund due to a dirty room, they left the window open with no screen before check in so bugs were in the room. Very horrible staff

It needs a lot of maintenance. They just rearrange the bed, do not wash the bathroom, do not clean the floor, the bathroom walls and shower have mold. The dryer extremely , full of waste. The shampoo dispensers and conditioner almost empty and dirty as well as the bathroom sink. The toilet paper roll at half use, the same one left by the previous guest. The sandals they give are not disposable, they look old and it is unsanitary to use the same as all previous guests. the minibar also dirty. The towels don't look white and nothing soft. The chairs are stained and the table is glued with tape

The STAFF!! the lady working at the front desk was one of the nicest staff I have ever met. She made our stay pleasant and she was very helpful with everything. Give her a raise. The beach view is amazing too! And nearby there's a lot of nice restaurants.

- the aircon barely works, and the remote is confusing. - the mattress is a rock, not comfortable. - no toothbrush or other amenities (brush, ect.)- ITS NOT IN HAEUNDAE AT ALL!! it's a completely different beach. - they never cleaned the room once, and we stayed there for 3 days. - the price is way too high... especially for the area and what it is. - breakfast is... it is really something. At least add some cheese...

I liked how close it was to the beach. The staff was nice. I booked a room with a big window, I had some nice view! (But I didn't think of that horizontal bar that is splitting the window in two halves. It was on my eye level when I sit, so I didn't enjoy the view to the fullest. Bear it in mind.)

The hotel itself and the rooms are designed well, but feels like they don't really taken care of nicely. Like pair of bedside lamps were of different color. It was annoying for me. Then there were some small stains on the sheets. Mold in the AC. I had a breakfast there and there was no eggs. And I wasn't the only one who asked for them. Even in smaller hotels there was such option. Overall — could be cleaner and nicer. Also there were some loud motorcyclists who were riding their loud bikes along the beach in the night. With earplugs it was bearable, but it doesn't add pleasure.

I enjoyed the room! My husband and I along with our toddler stayed overnight. Breakfast the next morning was limited but good! Nice parking lot on site which was nice!

I requested cancellation on the last day I could cancel at 8am the day of (their cancellation policy was at midnight) and was denied a free cancellation. I requested early check in, hotel told me it would cost 10,000 won per hour. When I checked in, front desk told me the room we reserved was sold out and that they could down grade us for one night and move us to different room second night. It was only when I showed my dismay that they said fine, “neverMind”. Without an explanation. The room provided to us was dusty, did not have tissue paper and no body soap for us the first night. The room safe was also broken. Cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was cereal and fruit. They only served eggs on our last day there. Manager at front desk was not hospitable . Upon check out he told us to just leave the room keys on the table. No thank you no asking us how our stay was. Only good thing about the hotel was the view. I would not recommend to my friends.

The location and ocean view is great!!!The room and bathroom were huge and clean. The gentleman in the lobby, who told us his English name was Jake, was amazing! He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything.

The air conditioning stayed strong for most of the night but may have gotten weak for a short burst through the night. There seemed to be some mold on it as well.

The towels and linen were very bad. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush in the bathroom. The cleaning was very poor and incomplete. The 1st floor, lobby area smelled very bad, first floor bathroom and the waiting area were dirty.

I booking suite room for 2 nights air conditioned is can’t use hotel staff no change the room but give me a fan …. ? bed is very hard

The morning view is phenomenal from there. I loved almost every but I do think their breakfast had healthier options.

Breakfast. It’s good to a certain degree, but it doesn’t cater for different diet needs. Have some eggs, brown bread or something outside of fruit, croissants and cereal.

Location was great. Staff were helpful.

Beds were really hard.Family suite had both toilet and shower combined which is really inconvenient when you are travelling with family.Breakfast was ordinary Coin Laundry service looks pricey and inconvenient

Definitely need to adjust room temperature always run too warm/ hot. Luckily we visited during spring we kept windows open (balcony open)

The property was really good. High quality, the view from the room was amazing and the look and feel of the hotel felt really expensive and great. It is a great hotel for the price. The staff was phenomenal and really helpful. I loved the hotel.

It is in Sejong beach, not in Haeundae, which requires at least a 15-20min bus journey to Haeundae and a lot more for other areas of Busan. It is also quite far from the metro. So if you don’t mean to stay by Sejong beach, i’d recommend staying in other areas of town.

I loved the views of the beach. Close to convenience stores and a lovely beach walk. The rooms had fantastic decor and loved the vibe

Wish they had netflix availability. Staff only attended counter at set times. No automatic lights for access to washer and dryer which was in a hall like storage area. Felt a bit off walking into this area as a guest and in dark leaving lift. Accident waiting to happen if fell in dark no one would know.

The room had a wonderful view of the beach. This is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious.

The hotel doesn't take visa cards from South African banks. I was forced to draw cash at an ATM to pay for the accommodation. The toilet and shower are joined to together. They make you pay for extra towels on the day of departure. There are quirky rules like this at the hotel.

I booked this hotel for the great scenery. As it’s located in songjeong, the price is definitely cheaper than the hotel in haeundae. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and it’s already worth it when u sit beside the windows and have a great tea time.

I think the breakfast can be more better.
